The Southern California Regional Operating Center(ROC) services a market area from Santa Barbara and the Central Coast of California to the Mexican border including major client initiatives in the San Fernando Valley, Los Angeles, the Inland Empire, Orange County and San Diego. In addition to our general search practice, the ROC has also implemented a Human Resource Capital Solutions division focused on leadership capital and enterprise staffing for emerging growth to larger companies.
