Edward J. Savage, IIIManaging Director Edward is a founding member of Stanton Chase International Los Angeles and a former Chairman of its US operations. Prior to this he co-founded and was COO of Kors Marlar Savage & Associates, and served as Vice President/Managing Partner and member of the executive committee for Korn/Ferry International in Los Angeles. Edward holds a Master's degree in Public and Industrial Administration from the University of California, Berkeley, and a BA in Liberal Arts from Louisiana State University. He is also a graduate of the Stanford Executive Program. He serves as a board member and committee chair for the Chief Executives Organization, area Vice President of the World Presidents Organization, and is a member of both the Stanford Business School Angel Fund and the Los Angeles Venture Association. Steve DuffyDirector Steve is responsible for the leadership and development of the National Financial Services practice, as well as the development of the Southern California Financial Services practice. His background in the financial services industry spans 31 years, including a stint as senior Vice President of City National Bank in Los Angeles. He spent eight years as Vice President/statewide Sales Manager -- first with Bank of America, then with Union Bank of California -- and served as Vice President/Commercial Loan Manager at Wells Fargo and as Vice President, Corporate Finance, at Morgan Olmstead Capital, which later merged with Wedbush Securities. Steve holds an MBA and a Bachelor of Science in Business from the University of Southern California, and he attended the Pacific Coast Banking School. Industry Practice Expertise:

Sami RevahPrincipal Consultant Sami joined Stanton Chase in 2007 to expand the firm's coverage in the Southern California marketplace. His focus is in the technology, aerospace and manufacturing sectors and he possesses over 25 years experience in international sales, marketing, business development, operations and consulting. He has opened new territories and market sectors for a number of software and aerospace companies, including Wonderware, Adexa, Thinque Systems, MetaExchange, FASTXchange, Smiths Industries, GEC Aerospace, and Singer-Kearfott. Sami spent the first part of his career in various engineering roles with the Hughes Aircraft Company before turning his focus toward sales and marketing. Since then he has built and managed sales and marketing teams and created and launched multi-channel partnership and distribution programs in Europe, North America and other global markets. He has conducted business in over 40 countries worldwide. While residing in The Netherlands, Sami established and ran a European headquarters operation for Wonderware, a US-based software company, managing all sales, marketing and support activities in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. During that period, he increased sales in the region from less than $1 million to over $30 million. In 2001 Sami launched Global Vantage, a consulting company that offered services to clients in the areas of international business development, sales and marketing optimization through channels and training in negotiation, influence, sales and other timely topics. Robert ShirillaAdvisory Director Bob is a former Senior Partner of Stanton Chase where he managed the consumer goods practice with clients in North America, Asia, and Europe. He is currently an Adjunct Professor of Management at Colorado State University-Pueblo. Prior to executive search, Bob held senior marketing positions with Kraft Foods and ConAgra at the Group Manager level. He also held senior positions in financial services with Citicorp and American Savings at the Executive Vice President level. He served as a consultant with the Boston Consulting Group, Inc. He was Co-Founder and President of Computerized Vehicle Registration (CVR), today a national company. Bob received his B.A. in Economics, Magna Cum Laude, from UCLA and his MBA, with Honors, from the Harvard Business School. He is a retired Army full Colonel and a graduate of the Army War College and the Command & General Staff College. He has served on the President's Commission for White House Fellows and on the Board of Governors of Goodwill Industries. He is listed in numerous publications, including Who's Who in America and has and published many articles on economics, banking deregulation, marketing, and foreign policy. Furthermore, his foreign policy publications were presented to the Conference of Southeast Asian Nations in Sydney, Australia. |
