He has relevant and professional expertise in the Industrial, Natural Resources and Energy, and Technology industries. He has also been seconded as a trusted advisor to leadership teams in large corporations and Government in matters of strategy and policy development.

Ward is an experienced board member with public and private companies, and non-profit organizations. He has served as board chair, director and committees chair in audit, governance and compensation.  His contributions to public service mirror a personal interest in education, healthcare and the community.
