Ana Maria KrebsManaging Director Ana Maria founded the firm in 1990 and has been the Managing Director of the Chile office since year 2000. She is a Psychology by training, having graduated with Universidad Catolica in Chile and hold a Master in Human Resources at the same University. Ana Maria has a particular focus on the development of Human Capital and strong experience in the Executive Search practice. She has conducted numerous senior executive searches for clients in different sectors, particularly professional services, FCMG/Consumer products, industrial, banking and financial services and in the fast growing educational market Her primary area of specialization in recent years was change management, with a specific focus on planning and executing large-scale change management programs. Carlos MenaDirector Carlos joined Stanton Chase International's Chile office in 1999 as a partner, providing knowledge and expertise from the Corporate side. He is Chemical Engineer by background at the Universidad Santa Maria in Chile and has an MBA at the Universidad Catolica also in Chile. Also has post graduated studies at the London Business School He has strong experience in the FCMG/Consumer goods industry after working for 10 years for Unilever on Business Development. Also has experience in the media and printing business where he worked for RR Donnelley for 6 years also in the Business Development area. He has handled executive searches for a range of clients in mining, healthcare, primary industries, professional services and IT / Telecom. Ana Claudia AmarPartner Ana joined Stanton Chase in 2008 after gaining extensive experience developing domestic and global marketing and commercial strategies for a diverse range of companies, in Latin America and Europe. Her profound understanding of the international business landscape has resulted in the successful execution of key business development strategies. She has held managerial and consultant positions with El Corte Inglés (Madrid based), Laborum.com, ProChile (UK office), Unilever Chile and Soquimich SA. Currently, Ana is a Member of the Board of 2 prestigious educational institutions in Chile, as well as other productive companies. Her search practice focuses on Consumer Products and Services, Financial Services and Technology. Fluently bilingual in Spanish and English, Ana holds a Master of Science (MSc) Politics of Development from the London School of Economics and political Science. She has also earned a Commercial Engineering Degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Universidad Católica de Chile. Industry Practice Expertise:
