Eline KullockCountry Manager Eline Kullock, Managing Director of Stanton Chase International Brazil, has noteworthy previous experience in human resources and management. For over four years, she worked at one of the biggest Brazilian department stores, Mesbla, as Planning and Human Resources Director. She then played a significant role in outlining and establishing strategic planning for the company, where she established and implemented procedures and strategies for the human resources area. Previously, as Financial and Administrative Director for the Servenco Group, she developed extensive human resources policies tailored to each of the group's member companies. She is a leading authority on human resources and the Brazilian media value her opinion. Eline is a graduate of the Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV), the best-known Brazilian Business Administration school, and holds an MBA from COPPEAD-Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro. She is the founder and the managing director of Grupo Foco, a company specializing in recruitment and selection for middle management and trainees, and runs Velox, which includes the selection of operating workers and the management of temporary and outsourced labor.
