Eline Kullock, Managing Director of Stanton Chase International Brazil, has noteworthy previous experience in human resources and management. For over four years, she worked at one of the biggest Brazilian department stores, Mesbla, as Planning and Human Resources Director. She then played a significant role in outlining and establishing strategic planning for the company, where she established and implemented procedures and strategies for the human resources area.

Previously, as Financial and Administrative Director for the Servenco Group, she developed extensive human resources policies tailored to each of the group's member companies. She is a leading authority on human resources and the Brazilian media value her opinion.

Eline is a graduate of the Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV), the best-known Brazilian Business Administration school, and holds an MBA from COPPEAD-Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro. She is the founder and the managing director of Grupo Foco, a company specializing in recruitment and selection for middle management and trainees, and runs Velox, which includes the selection of operating workers and the management of temporary and outsourced labor.

Adrian Tsallis

Adrian has more than eight years of professional experience in multinational FMCGs, financial services and consultancy companies.

His previous experience includes trade marketing intelligence expertise and time spent working as a Project Manager within the IT sector. Adrian’s experience in executive search started in 2006, at which time he was responsible for the startup of a division that recruited for the engineering and construction market. In addition to these responsibilities, Adrian later became the manager of the company’s supply chain division.

Adrian holds a bachelor’s degree in Civil Production Engineering at PUC-RJ, an MBA at Fundação Getúlio Vargas and specialization in executive coaching.

Márcio Araújo

Marcio developed his career within oil and gas, and telecommunications companies.
At Petróleo Ipiranga, he participated in lubricants technical projects, while also working with the Marketing group and advising automotive franchises. At Claro, Marcio worked directly with the retail aspect of the operation, managing sales of products and services within a group of dealers.

His experience in executive search began in 2007, when he recruited for different segments of engineering. Marcio is responsible for the development of the engineering and sales and marketing areas within Stanton Chase Rio de Janeiro.

Marcio holds a bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering at Universidade Federal Fluminense (UFF).

Fernando Cavaleiro

Fernando developed his career as a lawyer with two of Latin America’s most renowned law firms, Machado, Meyer, Sendacz & Opice Advogados, and Gouvea Vieira Advogados. After seven years of experience working in Litigation, representing clients of various areas, Fernando started to work as a consultant in the executive search industry.

He was responsible for the startup of a division which recruited lawyers for law firms in Rio de Janeiro. After having gained two years of experience in this role, Fernando joined Stanton Chase Brazil in March of 2009 as a manager with the Tax and Legal division.

Fernando holds a bachelor’s degree in Law at Universidade Candido Mendes and an MBA in Civil Law at PUC/RJ.
