José BrogerasManaging Director
Jose is the founder of the Mexico City office of Stanton Chase International. He served as Regional Vice President for Latin America from 2000 to 2004 and is currently a member of Stanton Chase's Governance Committee. He has over 20 years of experience in human resources and 10 years in marketing and advertising. He is a member of several boards of directors and has held a number of prominent positions in leadership organizations. His previous experience includes important positions in Stratega (executive search firm), Tubos de Acero de México TAMSA (seamless steel pipe producer), Grupo Pliana (textile industrial group) and McCann Erickson (advertising). He is a graduate of the Escuela Tecnica de Publicidad and has been Professor of ITAM's Postgraduate School. Jose was Chairman of CONCAMIN Financial Commission (2004-2010) and previously acted as the Chairman for the SME's Committee (1997-2001). Jose was President of the Veracruz Industrial Association from 1986 to 1988. He is an active member of Rotary International. Industry Practice Expertise:

Gabriela RoblesDirector Gabriela’s background includes 13 years working as a Human Resources Manager for a number of international companies such as Schering Plough, Scholl de Mexico and Mai de Mexico. Her fields of expertise are in the Chemical/Pharmaceutical, Consumer Products and Advanced Technology Industries. Her wide experience is extremely handy when understanding a client's recruitment needs. Gabriela studied Industrial Relations at Universidad Iberoamericana in Mexico City and has worked as a consultant evaluating Human Resources objectives, recruitment plans and organizational programs for several important companies. Carmen Suárez De PadillaDirector Carmen's area of expertise has always been executive search and selection. Her wide experience includes more than 20 years managing important Human Resources projects for leading companies in the high technology, manufacturing and service industries. These companies include Grupo Pliana, Industrias Polifil, Mexicana de Cobre and Tubos de Acero de México. As an independent consultant, she has served well-known firms specializing in selection, training and human resources planning. Carmen is a renowned specialist in the evaluation and development of leadership potential. Carmen has an Undergraduate and Master's Degree in Psychology, MBA studies and Post graduate studies in Organizational Development and Total Quality. She has taught Diploma courses both in Mexico and abroad. Carmen was Chairwoman of Education in the American Chamber of Commerce of Mexico City where she was a pioneer in setting up company/university liaison programs. Jorge PlasenciaDirector Jorge’s background is in human resources as an executive with leading global companies such as General Motors, Abbott Laboratories, Alcatel-Indetel and Estafeta Mexicana. As a consultant, Jorge has been involved in several projects of strategic alignment, organizational development, executive search, coaching and leadership management. He worked for more than ten years at Abbott Laboratories de Mexico as HR Director & SBP leading key and instrumental projects – closures of manufacturing plants, spin off, mergers, compensation strategies, collective contract agreements and executive talent development. Jorge worked in the automotive industry for more than fourteen years where he successfully led the Team Work Transformation Process and the implementation of the Total Quality Project. Under his leadership, GMM obtained the National Quality Award for two consecutive years. He is a certified Evaluator of Quality Systems by Malcolm Baldrige and was President of the Association of Pharmaceutical’s Professionals in Human Resources. Jorge has an MBA from ITESM and is professor and advisor for research projects at TEC Milenio University.
