Eduardo Rizo-PatronManaging Director Latin America Regional Practice Leader - Logistics and Transportation Member Business Excellence Committee Eduardo Rizo-Patron offers more than 27 years of professional experience to his Stanton Chase Lima clients. He has held positions as a General Manager and Senior Manager with leading and well-known companies operating in the pharmaceutical, animal health care, industrial marketing, confectionary, retail, agrobusiness and mass media sectors. His previous experience also includes working with Eli Lilly and Company in the US and in Peru. Eduardo formed his own company, Match Consultores, starting with searches for middle management positions and acquiring senior level search requests. Since Peru is a small market, Eduardo works as a generalist in many areas and has successfully conducted executive search assignments for practice groups such as IT & TeleCommunications, Professional Services and Life Sciences and Healthcare. He has very good connections with local businesses, both national and multinational. His highly ethical, very good relations with candidates and senior management in client companies is testimony to his commitment to outstanding client service. Since joining Stanton Chase International in May 2003, Eduardo has focused on the Consumer Products and Services and the Industrial practices. He holds an Agricultural Engineering Degree from the Universidad Nacional Agraria, La Molina, Peru and a Business Administration Degree from the University of Oregon, Eugene, Oregon.
