Eduardo Rizo-PatronLatin America Regional Practice Leader - Logistics and Transportation Eduardo began working in Human Resources with Eli Lilly Co., in Indianapolis. He first worked in their Animal Health division (Elanco) in the United States and was later transferred to Peru. He has held top positions in leading companies operating in the industrial market, retail, agricultural business and mass media sectors. Eduardo founded an executive search company, Match Consultores SAC, in 1999 and has successfully conducted search assignments for a number of practice groups, including Industrial, Consumer Products and Services, Logistics and Transportation, Technology and Professional Services. Eduardo was invited to join Stanton Chase International, representing Lima, in 2003. Since then he has focused primarily on the Consumer Products and Services and Industrial Practice Groups. During these years Eduardo has demonstrated to be highly ethical and maintains excellent relations with clients and candidates. His commitment is the key to his outstanding client service. Patricia De Verdera Senior Consultant Patricia holds more than 25 years of management experience in Human Resources in top consulting companies and multinational companies. She joined Stanton Chase International in 2005 and, as a generalist, is in charge of executive search of high and middle managers for multinational and local companies with strong emphasis on Consumer Products and Services, Logistics and Transportation, Industrial and Life Sciences and Healthcare. In addition, Patricia also completes executive assessments. She has a strong expertise in the use of competency models and advanced interview techniques, as well as in developing projects on Organizational Effectiveness (strategies, organization processes and structures) and Human Resources (competency models, performance management, training, etc.). Prior to her consulting endeavors, Patricia held the position of Regional Human Resources Manager for Peru, Ecuador and Bolivia at Coca-Cola Servicios de Peru, a subsidiary of The Coca-Cola Company, where she worked for 28 years. Patricia holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources from the Universidad de Tarapacá and is a Board member of the Human Resources Committee at the American Chamber of Commerce in Peru.
