Tulio IzquierdoManaging Director Tulio is a founding partner of Stanton Chase International Caracas. He is a public accountant who graduated from the University Central de Venezuela in 1973. He has taken several courses related to professional improvement both in Venezuela and abroad, and was previously associated with the firm Peat Marwick Mitchell, as a Partner, for 13 years. He has the responsibility of managing the daily functions and long-term strategies of the company. Tulio is an active member of the Venezuelan American Chamber of Commerce, the Public Accountants Association and the Human Resources Association, as well as several other social organizations. Karhil CanelonesLatin America Regional Practice Leader - Life Sciences and Healthcare Karhil is a founding partner of Stanton Chase International Caracas. She graduated in Industrial Relations from the Catolica Andres Bello University and has completed a great number of professional improvement courses. Prior to her incorporation to Izquierdo & Canelones in May of 1988, she was responsible for the human resources consulting department at KPMG. She participates actively in the Venezuelan American Chamber of Commerce and the Human Resources Association, and serves as a board member and committee chair for the Venezuelan American Friendship Association. Yivelis PintoSenior Consultant Yivelis graduated with a degree in sociology from the Universidad Central of Venezuela in 1992. She has worked since 1993 at Izquierdo & Canelones, as a consultant, identifying candidates for executive search assignments for middle and senior level in a broad range of disciplines and industries. In addition, she has obtained extensive experience in recruiting marketing executives. In 1996, she left the firm to work in a start-up non-for-profit organization for ten months, where she served as a Human Resource Consultant helping to recruit the team that would begin their operations. Yivelis has contributed significantly and successfully to the execution of assignments for many of our clients. |

Giacomo MondelliPrincipal Consultant Giacomo brings 18 years of multinational client relationship management experience to our team. He has gained significant experience in high technology and telecommunications, financial services and the oil and gas markets through professional dealings with Novell, Cambridge Technology Partners, INTESA (SAIC), Compañía Anónima Nacional Teléfonos de Venezuela-CANTV (Verizon), IBM de Venezuela, Ernst & Young, Banco de Venezuela (Banco Santander), StateTrust Investments, and Petróleos de Venezuela, S. A. (PDVSA.) Working with key leadership in the high technology and telecommunications market, Giacomo is directly responsible for client acquisition, development and service delivery, thus ensuring that their needs are addressed in a timely and thorough manner. Giacomo holds a degree in Computer Engineering from Universidad Simon Bolivar and a Master's Degree in Business Administration from Universidad Metropolitana. |
