Beata SokołowskaManaging Director The only executive search consultant in the country with a track record of over 15 years with one team, Beata stands as one of Poland’s most experienced recruitment professionals. Launching her executive search career as a researcher in 1994, Beata was later promoted to consultant before being appointed as Partner and Managing Director of the firm in 2000. Beata previously lived in the UK for five years, where she worked primarily in the education, media and industrial sectors. Having actively participated in over 800 executive search projects throughout her career, Beata is well acquainted in the Consumer Products and Services, Financial Services and Life Sciences and Healthcare practice groups. She has successfully identified candidates for board member, general manager, manufacturing, sales, marketing, finance, HR, IT, purchasing, logistics and branch manager positions. Fluent in Polish, Russian and English, Beata graduated from the University of Warsaw with a Masters of Arts in Linguistics. Anita MalanowiczSenior Consultant Anita has been active in the executive search business since 1994. Prior to joining Stanton Chase Warsaw in May 2008, she spent 14 years with Ward Howell Warsaw, where she began as a Researcher before becoming a Consultant in 1998. Within the last ten years Anita has successfully conducted numerous assignments in Consumer Products and Services, Technology, Pharmaceutical and Industry sectors, working on various managerial positions, in all functions. Anita graduated from the Warsaw University with an M.A. in Art History and later completed postgraduate studies in Human Resources Management. She is fluent in Polish, English and Italian. Ela WoźniakSenior Consultant Ela has spent last 14 years working in the executive search business. She started as a Researcher with the Warsaw office of Ward Howell before graduating to a Research Consultant position and later serving as a Consultant. She joined Stanton Chase in Warsaw in May 2008. The majority of her search experience consists of assignments for senior management positions within the Financial, Pharmaceutical and Consumer Products and Services sectors.
