Helmut R. HaugManaging Partner Helmut started his professional career in the FMCG Industry as a project manager for Business Process Reorganization. Several years in Business Consulting and Management Positions in the Aerospace and Retail-Industry have given him a broad view of the business world, and an understanding of the cultures in large organizations as well as SMB’s. Since 1996 Helmut is active in management consulting specialized in matters of personnel with services like Executive Search, Management Audits, Assessment Centres and Coaching. In 1999 he has built up an Executive Search Company as its Managing Director. In April 2000 he founded the IIC Partners subsidiary in Wiesbaden and in January 2001 in Stuttgart. In July 2008 he joined Stanton Chase with his office in Stuttgart. Helmut is married with Denise and has a daughter and a son. His favourite hobbies are his family, reading, golf, cooking, wine and culture. He holds a degree in Business Administration of the University of Applied Science in Bochum and is fluent in German and English. Industry Practice Expertise:

Ulrich MüllerManaging Partner Ulrich has more than 20 years of professional experience in the IT, telecommunications, automotive and capital goods industries. He began his career as a sales representative at Nixdorf Computer AG, and later moved on to several leading managerial sales positions in companies like Baan Company, debis Systemhaus, T-Systems International and Schober Direct Marketing. His main clients in these areas were Daimler and Bosch amongst other automotive suppliers. In his last position with Schober he was a Managing Director, responsible for building up a new business field and restructuring the company. Ulrich entered the executive search business in 2008 as a Partner with kon.m, a consulting company serving the German healthcare market. He joined Stanton Chase Stuttgart as a Partner in January of 2009. Ulrich studied Economics, Marketing and Psychology at the University of Tübingen, and he holds a degree of Business Administration. He is married and has two children. He enjoys skiing, hiking, golf and city trips. Industry Practice Expertise:

Dr. Helmut RossPartner Helmut was a branch office manager with Deutsche Bank, and a chairman of the board for two large savings banks. These positions allowed him to gain significant senior executive and board level experience in major commercial and savings banks, thereby developing expertise in customer-oriented business areas and central administration. In 2006, Helmut joined the executive search industry as a Partner with MZ Consulting in Frankfurt am Main. He joined Stanton Chase Stuttgart as a Partner in 2009. His clients are predominantly in the Financial Services sector. After completing school, Helmut began an apprenticeship in banking and finance, followed by economics studies (Masters degree), post-graduate studies (Dr. rer. pol.) and a trainee program at a savings bank. Erika SchrothPartner Erika joined Stanton Chase Stuttgart in July 2010. Prior to entering the field of executive search, she pursued a career in several management positions in Human Resources in various roles as Director, Consultant and Interim Manager and in Quality Management as a member of an international succession planning team. Erika contributes to the Stuttgart organisation 20 years of work experience serving global and local clients in the automotive, glass and professional services industries. She combines extensive expertise developing people in national and international organizations with her passion for creating future capability. Erika is very familiar with the different personal requirements of multicultural groups like Federal Mogul, TI Automotive, International SOS and medium-sized organisations. Erika studied in Mannheim University and holds a degree in Social Sciences. She speaks fluent German and English. She is married with Walter. Her outside interests include the mentoring of a Women’s business organization and teaching students in Human Resources in Heidelberg.
