Jacqueline WinbergManaging Partner Jacqueline joined Stanton Chase International in 2006 as one of the two founding Partners of Stanton Chase Stockholm. She previously worked in Nordea and Handelsbanken, within asset and portfolio management for foreign equity and institutional sales. She also serves on the board of a listed company in Stockholm. Jacqueline has worked as an executive search professional since 1995, spending the last nine years as a Partner with Ray & Berndtson. While she has served a diversified client base, Jacqueline specializes in financial services, communication and investor relations. She has a vast knowledge of recruiting specialists, general managers, members of group management, and staff on a cross-industry basis. She's also well-versed in management assessment and board recruitment. Prior to living in Sweden, Jacqueline has also lived in the UK, France, Luxemburg and Belgium. Eleonora Wand ValladaConsultant Eleonora has been in the executive search business for more than 10 years. Ahead of joining Stanton Chase, she worked for Korn/Ferry International in both their Sao Paulo and Stockholm offices. Possessing extensive cross-industry experience, Eleonora has served a variety of global and local clients within industries such as Life Sciences and Healthcare, Consumer Products and Services, Professional Services and Financial Services. Prior to becoming an executive search professional, she was a journalist with CNBC in London, where she covered the European financial markets and took a liking to interviewing people. Having lived and worked in many countries, Eleonora brings an exciting multicultural approach to the business. Eleonora holds a Masters in Development Economics from the London School of Economics and a Masters in International Business Studies from Universität Passau, Germany. Charlotte WetterlundhConsultant Charlotte joined Stanton Chase Stockholm in 2011 following almost 20 years of experience within the international recruitment industry. She began her career specializing in attraction and assessment of management trainees for large multinational corporations. In 1999, she joined Korn/Ferry International as part of their European Consumer Team where she delivered high-profile assignments primarily in the retail, consumer products and services, media and entertainment sectors. She also has functional in-depth expertise in Human Resources and Communications. Prior to joining Stanton Chase International, Charlotte served as an executive search consultant and coach at the international human capital management consultancy Penna Group Plc. Charlotte, who has lived in Boston, USA, holds a Bachelor Degree with a major in Communications from the University of Lund and is an Associate Certified Coach by International Coach Federation (ACC - ICF).
