Nina LinanderPartner Nina has spent most of her professional career in the financial services, as well as the energy and consumer products sectors. She previously held corporate finance positions with investment banks in London and was Director of Product Areas, Electricity at Vattenfall. Prior to becoming one of the two founding partners of Stanton Chase Stockholm, Nina was Senior Vice President and Group Treasurer of Electrolux. Nina has also gained experience as a non-executive director for listed and non-listed companies in Sweden, Finland and North America. Her move from corporate life to executive search was led by a genuine interest in different people and cultures. It was also based on her strong conviction that people make organizations succeed. Nina is married and has twin daughters. Nina holds a Master of Science in Economics and Business Administration from the Stockholm School of Economics, as well as a Master of Business Administration from IMD International Institute for Management Development in Lausanne, Switzerland. Jacqueline WinbergPartner Jacqueline joined Stanton Chase International in 2006 as one of the two founding Partners of Stanton Chase Stockholm. She previously worked in Nordea and Handelsbanken, within asset and portfolio management for foreign equity and institutional sales. She also serves on the board of a listed company in Stockholm. Jacqueline has worked as an executive search professional since 1995, spending the last nine years as a Partner with Ray & Berndtson. While she has served a diversified client base, Jacqueline specializes in financial services, communication and investor relations. She has a vast knowledge of recruiting specialists, general managers, members of group management, and staff on a cross-industry basis. She's also well-versed in management assessment and board recruitment. Prior to living in Sweden, Jacqueline has also lived in the UK, France, Luxemburg and Belgium. She holds a degree from the Stockholm School of Economics, where she specialized in Finance. She has three children and is married to Ulrik. Industry Practice Expertise:

Eleonora Wand ValladaConsultant Eleonora has been in the executive search business for more than 10 years. Ahead of joining Stanton Chase, she worked for Korn/Ferry International in both their Sao Paulo and Stockholm offices. Possessing extensive cross-industry experience, Eleonora has served a variety of global and local clients within industries such as Life Sciences and Healthcare, Consumer Products and Services, Professional Services and Financial Services. Prior to becoming an executive search professional, she was a journalist with CNBC in London, where she covered the European financial markets and took a liking to interviewing people. Having lived and worked in many countries, Eleonora brings an exciting multicultural approach to the business. Eleonora holds a Masters in Development Economics from the London School of Economics and a Masters in International Business Studies from Universität Passau, Germany. Raised in Angola, Malawi, Benin, Sweden and Norway, she is fluent in Swedish, English, German, French and Portuguese. Eleonora is married and has two children. Industry Practice Expertise:
