Stanton Chase Sofia was founded in the beginning of 2006 to focus purely on retained executive search. Since then we have been helping companies identify and attract qualified and experienced talents for top and middle managerial roles. We are experienced in cross-border searches and we offer a range of consulting services, including leadership assessment and competency evaluation.
Our team of consultants and researchers is a successful combination of professionals who either come from the industries they specialize in, or have previous experience in the recruiting business. We have a very good understanding of both the specifics of the economical and business processes in the country, and the local market situation. We have also been investing in strengthening our relations with the Stanton Chase global network – we provide for the demand of qualified and capable managers not only from local resources but also from abroad, thus supporting international knowhow exchange and the development of professionals.
For our fifth anniversary we are glad to say that we have earned the respect of leading Bulgarian and multinational companies and we already have longstanding partnerships with some of them. Our experience in assignments covers projects for board and top executive to middle management positions, including HR, Marketing, Sales, Finance, Production, IT, Supply Chain, etc.
We are an active member of the Bulgarian Human Resources Management and Development Association, the American Chamber of Commerce, the German-Bulgarian Chamber of Industry and Commerce and the Hellenic Business Council in Bulgaria.
The team has a strong history of successful projects in the Consumer Products and Services practice group, followed by Technology and Life Science & Health Care. With the joining of new members in the period 2007 – 2009, the team strengthened and further developed the Financial Services and Industrial practice groups.
