Artemis MiropoulosPartner Artemis has an extensive background in consumer products and services. He worked a total of eight years in the Sales and Marketing departments of Johnson & Johnson and as National Sales Manager with Beiersdorf in Greece. During this period, he actively contributed to changing the European retail environment participating in global task teams on European Price Harmonization, International Account Planning and Efficient Consumer Response initiatives. Artemis has lead several negotiation teams in local and regional agreements with key European retailers and set up distribution networks for various product categories. In 2000, he joined Response Greece as a partner and since then has lead the Business Consulting division, conducting reengineering and business transformation projects with Greek and multinational organizations, the Training and HR department promoting cooperation and new product development with international assessment and development partners and lately the International Development for SE Europe. Artemis holds a BSc in Mechanical Engineering from the Institute of Technology, Athens and a Diploma in Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing, London. He spends his time between Athens, Bucharest, Belgrade and Sofia supporting operations for both Stanton Chase and Response International offices. Industry Practice Expertise:

Darina PenevaManaging Partner Darina Peneva holds an MBA Degree in General Management from New Bulgarian University. During the last ten years, Darina has been working in the area of Human Resources consulting. She stared her professional career in human resources with the Austrian human resources consulting company HILL International, The Human Resources Partner, Vienna, where she occupied the positions of Office Manager, Consultant and Executive Director. She continued her career as a Country Manager of Smartree Bulgaria Ltd working on different projects in the area of human resources assessment and development. Darina has developed considerable expertise in recruitment, selection, competencies' assessment, training, development and management. She has authored many publications including being a co-author of "The power of your advertisement". She has made many presentations at different HR and management forums, and is a part-time lecturer in Human Resources Management for MBA students in the Human Resources Management Program at NBU, Sofia. Dobromir MinkovPrincipal Consultant Dobromir started his professional career in the energy business with Shell Gas Bulgaria, part of the Royal Dutch/Shell Group, where he supervised diverse industrial projects throughout the country. He then spent four years as the Division Manager of Oil, Gas and Chemicals Services for SGS Bulgaria, an affiliate the Swiss-based SGS S.A., the world leader in inspection and certification. In this position, Dobromir worked on different projects in the area of business development, including laboratory outsourcing. Towards the end of 2007, Dobromir decided to alter his career path and pursue a more people-oriented business opportunity with the executive search team of Stanton Chase Bulgaria. As a Principal Consultant with the firm, Dobromir is looking forward to the challenges associated with finding the proper candidates to fill senior positions within Bulgaria's emerging economy. Dobromir holds a Master of Science degree in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Mining and Geology, Sofia and a Master of Business Administration degree in Financial Management from the City University of Seattle in Bulgaria. Dimitrina IvanchevaPrincipal Consultant Dimitrina was in her final year of university when she joined the Austrian human resources consulting company HILL International, The Human Resources Partner, Vienna, in 2003. She occupied the position of Head of the Applied Psychology Department. Dimitrina executed various projects, mainly for managerial positions in different areas, conducting interviews and evaluating the candidates' potential. She holds a Master's Degree in Organizational and Labor Psychology from the Sofia University. Biliana AtanassovaResearcher Biliana holds a BA degree in Business Administration from the University of National and World Economy, Sofia. Human Resources is the area she was willing to pursue ever since she enrolled in the university. During the last two years Biliana has been working in the HR area, starting with an Internship Program at Nestle, Bulgaria. There she faced the challenges in recruiting, selection and training program. The Internship Program ended with an offer for a Trainee position with the HR department at the company. Biliana further assisted in the personnel's recruitment and appraisal process and was also involved in the induction trainings. Biliana continued her career as an HR Assistant at Chipita Foods, Bulgaria. Biliana had also the chance to work on 2 projects in the marketing area, and the skills gained are to be further applied in the chosen professional field of interest.Biliana enjoys spending her free time with friends. Nevena KatsarskaResearcher Prior to joining Stanton Chase, Nevena had been working in the Human Ressources field for two years as a Recruitment Consultant for Austrian-based Catro International Management Consulting. During her time at Catro she was involved in the organization and the implementation of recruitment projects in, among others, the fields of engineering, trading and management. She was responsible for the search and selection of suitable candidates as well as conducting interviews. Nevena also participated in the initial training of the newly-hired employees at the company. Nevena graduated at Sofia University "St. Kliment Ohridski" in History Science. Yuliana PopovaOffice Manager and Marketing Specialist Yuliana earned a BA in English and American Studies from St. Clement of Ohrid University of Sofia. After graduating she worked under the direction of the Vice-Rector for Education as a scholarship coordinator at New Bulgarian University. In this role, she was responsible, together with a commission, for the distribution of scholarship and stipend support funds. She was also involved with a variety of other activities such as the development of the university integrated information system and the program catalogue preparation. Yuliana has also been teaching general English to adults as a part-time job for more than five years. |
