Jozef PappManaging Partner Jozef has been in the executive search industry since 1998. He has expertise in acquiring candidates for middle and top management assignments in several market segments and is responsible for the company’s management. Jozef joined the search industry from the management consulting division of Deloitte. His professional career encompasses various sales roles within the IT industry, with a particular focus on ERP software sales in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. Jozef has been focusing primarily on the Technology and Industrial market sectors but he has conducted searches in all market sectors. Born in Slovakia, Jozef graduated from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering at Technical University in Kosice, Slovakia. He has been a certified coach since 2009. In addition to his native Slovak and Hungarian, he speaks fluent English and Czech. Jozef is married and has two children. He likes sports, especially motorbikes and scuba diving. Marek HumlPartner Marek offers eight years of experience in executive search and human resources consulting in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. He successfully managed assignments for clients in various industries, mainly focusing on technology, consumer goods and finance. He is responsible for managing several long term relationships with large international companies. Prior to joining Stanton Chase International, Marek worked as a Financial Director with a local private company and as an assistant controller for Apple Computer in the Czech Republic. He also spent some time as an SAP consultant with a partner company of SAP. Marek holds a university degree from the Czech Technical University. He is fluent in Czech and English. Jitka WeberPartner Jitka became a Partner at the Prague office of Stanton Chase in order to develop the services in the Life Science and Health Care practice group. She gained her vast managerial experience working as a product manager, national key account manager and as a country manager with several multinational companies in the bioscience industry. Jitka’s ability to effectively communicate in a multicultural environment helped her achieve ambitious business targets while working on many international projects. Profiting from her wealth of experience in business and leadership as well as her participation in international personal development programmes, Jitka decided to turn her activities to consultancy, coaching and executive search. Jitka studied at the South Bohemian University (Ph.D. in Bioscience) in Budweiss and the Comenius University in Prague. She is fluent in English, German, Russian, Croatian and Czech. Pavel OpltPartner Pavel became a Partner at the Prague office of Stanton Chase in order to develop services in the Consumer Products and Services and Industrial practice groups. He gained his initial professional experience in international trade (automotive) and FMCG. Pavel has worked mostly in export and sales management roles at the national level as National and Division Sales Manager with top multinationals (Nestlé, Kraft International) and spent some time working in the U.K. and Spain. After attaining his MBA, Pavel spent five years in the rapidly growing telecommunication industry with EuroTel, the market leading mobile joint-venture of AT&T, Verizon and Czech Telecom; and later as a Sales Director at Nextra-Telenor. He then developed his process and project management competencies as a Management Consultant and furthered his complex understanding of the business through management of two companies in the Services and IT industry in the Czech Republic. Pavel graduated from the University of Economics in Prague (M.E.) and the Rochester Institute of Technology (M.B.A.). He is fluent in English and Czech and speaks Spanish and Russian. Jan MartinPartner Jan became a Partner at the Prague office of Stanton Chase in order to further develop the services in the Logistics & Transportation, Industry and Consumer Products and Services practice groups. He brings a strong business understanding from a multinational and corporate environment and more than 11 years experience in the HR field. The majority of his career, Jan was connected with consumer products, where he worked for 17 years in various roles in sales, marketing and was an HR director at Mars Inc. in the Czech and Slovak Republics. Prior to joining Stanton Chase, Jan spent three years as a Group HR Director with international Logistics and Transportation company, C.S. Cargo. During his more than 11 years in HR, Jan completed many recruitment projects at top management and senior management levels, on both the local and international scale. He has led several organizational projects and gained extensive experience in evaluating senior management potential and designing relevant development plans. Jan studied civil engineering at Technical University in Prague. He is a certified coach of the Results Coaching System. Jan speaks Czech and is fluent in English. Hanka VojikovaConsultant Hanka has been working with the Prague office of Stanton Chase since 2009. After graduating from high school with a focus on marketing and management Hanka started her professional career as a specialist in strategic marketing for Asseco, where she focused on the government market sector. Her career in executive search began in 2003 when she joined a local executive search company. In 2009 she moved to Stanton Chase Prague where she began as a research consultant with specialization in the IT and telecommunications sectors. Currently, Hanka is a consultant for top positions within IT and Telco segments as well as in Professional Services. She is fluent in both Czech and English. Industry Practice Expertise:

Jana ZvelebilováConsultant Jana has been member of the Stanton Chase Prague team since 2010. She has participated in research activities and the coordination of projects in the Life Sciences and Healthcare and Consumer Products and Services sectors. Jana later became a Consultant focusing on Life Sciences and Health Care, profiting from her rich professional experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Prior to joining Stanton Chase Prague, she went through various sales and management positions in original and generic pharmaceutical companies. Jana is interested in issues of Human Resource Management. She specializes in helping companies implement Age Management (management of aging workforce). She is a lecturer on age management, certified by the Finnish Institute of Occupational Health in Helsinki. Jana studied at the University of Palacky in Olomouc where she earned her Master's degree in Education of Adults. Besides her native Czech, Jana also speaks English and German. Lucie KafkovaConsultant Lucie joined the Prague office of Stanton Chase in October, 2011. Prior to joining Stanton Chase she traveled extensively with an airline for the previous 8 years. And, working alongside a key business leader in Kuwait, servicing the real estate industry in the property management sector, Lucie brings with her a vast knowledge of the core interaction necessary to excel when dealing with the client. She has held managerial positions with York Homes and Buildings International, as well as, York Management Co. Currently, Lucy is a member of the Kuwait Chamber of Commerce and the Kuwait Industries Association. Lucie has a given talent of reading people and knowing what would suit them best, and, on the other hand, has a keen ear in identifying a requirement resulting in client satisfaction and task strategy completion prior to deadline.
