Carole began her career in staffing management and human resources positions at Rank Xerox France. She has spent 20 years in the executive search field, all with ALGOE Group, a French leader in the consulting field, and was one of the founding partners of Stanton Chase International France in the early 1990s. Carole holds a degree in psychology and specializes in senior management positions with a focus on industry. She also has extensive experience in Pharmaceuticals (vaccines, biotechnology and animal health). Industry Practice Expertise:

Nathalie BrandtManaging Partner Nathalie has strong experience in both the commercial and human resources fields. After spending a couple of years in the international shipping business she joined a famous publisher in human resources expert systems as Sales Manager. Nathalie later specialized in recruitment and evaluation with a national executive search firm with a specific focus on industrial and financial services. Nathalie holds a business law degree. Robert ChouvencPartner After his initial foray into recruiting and human resources at Thomson CSF, Robert started and ran a recruiting agency in the Lyon area for an international consulting group for 17 years. He holds a degree in psychology and has acquired much experience and knowledge regarding the chemistry, agrofood and manufacturing sectors. Industry Practice Expertise

Joëlle FayePartner Joëlle joined the ALGOE group 12 years ago, after working for several French and international consulting groups. With a degree in sociology, she conducts assignments in the manufacturing, marketing and financial sectors. She is also specialized in engineering recruiting plans. |

Olivier Rey-GuicharnaudPartner Olivier launched his professional career in a management position with a local government before moving to the private sector, and effectively reorienting his vocation towards human resources and recruitment. Prior to joining Stanton Chase in 2000, Olivier began his executive search career with a Paris-based firm, advancing quickly from a research associate to a consultant. Specialized in the Industrial, Life Sciences and Healthcare, and Professional Services sectors, Olivier directs searches to fill highly specialized and executive positions.
