Tom ChristensenManaging Director and Partner Tom started his career in Executive Search with Corridor, a local company in 2001. He joined Compass in 2006 and recently established Stanton Chase Oslo in 2007. Before joining the profession of Executive Search Tom worked in different sales and marketing positions. He has 16 years of local and international experience from companies like Tomten (Sara Lee Corporation), CPC Foods, PepsiCo and McCann Erickson. Tom has worked with local companies and large International Corporations with a strong sales and marketing focus. Jan Gunnar BråthenPartner Jan Gunnar established Compass Human Resources in 1987 as one of the two founding Partners. Prior to this he worked two years in Mercuri Urval. His formal background is mainly Army related with training from the Norwegian Royal Military Academy and Army Staff College. Jan Gunnar's industry focus for over ten years has been international and global pharmaceutical companies, in which he has completed hundreds of assignments on executive, middle management and specialist levels. Stein-Sverre WoldPartner Stein joined Compass as partner in 2000 after five years in Mercuri Urval as a Senior Consultant. Before joining the profession of Executive Search Stein worked as an officer in the Norwegian Army. Stein's area of expertise is Executive Search, Management Development and Management Audits.
