Pavel IshanovManaging Director Pavel started his career as a scientist with the Russian Academy of Medical Sciences before deciding, after five years, to defend his Ph.D thesis. Pavel eventually continued his career acting as the Head of a research laboratory at Moscow Pedagogical State University, before switching to the business side following the collapse of the Soviet Union. Pavel gained executive search and HR Consultancy experience working with a US-based agency The Russian Connection. In early 2003 he decided to operate his own placement business RKKA as a member of the Scandinavian chain Talentor Group. He has many years of experience running projects in as many as 40 major regions across the entire Russian territory. Pavel has profound experience with C-Level executive search assignments. Paul Holm Partner Paul has helped a number of international companies establish and develop their business in Russia over the last three decades. He introduced the business of Finnish-based HR consulting and executive search company MPS to Russia and the Baltic region by establishing and developing MPS offices in Moscow, St. Petersburg, Riga and Vilnius. Paul was also responsible in developing co-operation between MPS daughter and affiliate companies in Sweden, Germany and Italy. In addition to working at the largest Finnish owned management consulting company Talent Partners, where he helped Finnish and Russian companies to develop their business, Paul has completed assignments for clients in Russia, Finland, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Germany, Italy, France, U.K. Canada and Sweden. Paul has strong experience in business management and management consulting. He has worked with companies within the Information Technology, Telecommunication, Logistics and Transportation, Construction and Retail industries. Paul studied business management and information technology at the Helsinki University of Technology. He speaks Finnish, English, Swedish, and Russian and has working knowledge of German and French. Dmitry Leonov Partner Dmitry Leonov was born in Moscow and earned his PhD at Moscow University n/a Bauman. In 1995 Dmitry started his sales and marketing career as sales representative and after 6 years of growth within the Frito Lay division of Pepsi Co., he was challenged to lead key projects at a national level with Pepsi, and took the positions of Sales Operations Manager and Market Development Manager. Dmitry gained director's level at Danone, where he started as Regional Director and later became Commercial Director. For two years he worked for Philip Morris, obtaining experience in trade-marketing and the larger scale business processes. His most recent jobs as Commercial Director were for Bunge, where he set up export operations to CIS, and for Gallina Blanca. Dmitry also has experience working for Russian companies, and he delivered two strategic B2B and B2C startups in commodity market on General Manager level at agricultural market leader Razgulay. Dmitry is a strong public speaker and headlines at sales and marketing conferences of retailers and manufacturers. He is also active in industrial communities, trains Storewars teams and delivers his own training in commercial strategies. Dmitry is fluent both in Russian and English. Industry Practice Expertise:
