Paolo PelliniPresident Paolo earned his PhD in Science after graduating summa cum laude from Alma Mater Studiorum - Bologna University. He also holds an MBA in Economics from Bocconi University, Milan. He began his career with Bayer in the Agro and Pharmaceuticals Division before being appointed Marketing Manager for Hygiene and Household Division. Paolo then moved to Imperial Chemical Industries Plc as Marketing Manager for Agro-Chemicals and then became the Sales Manager for Chemicals and Polymers. Later on, he joined the Eliolona Group as Sales and Marketing Director for Personal Care Products. He was appointed General Manager for the Automotive Division at Castrol (British Petroleum Plc), then General Manager at a tools manufacturing group and later he became General Manager at a company in the consumer credit sector. In 1988, Paolo formed J. Egerton and Partners an executive search boutique company now fully merged into Stanton Chase International. Paolo manages executive search assignments at BoD and Divisional level for Consumer Products and Services, Industry, Life Sciences & Healthcare, Technology, Natural Resources & Energy, Professional Services Sectors. Anna FortunatoAssociate Director Anna joined Stanton Chase Milan in 2006 as an Associate Director after spending nearly twenty years with multinational companies. After studying Languages, she began her career with Castrol (Burmah Oil Group), the world's leading specialist provider of lubrication solutions, as part of the automotive division's Sales and Marketing team. Anna then joined Italy's largest private Chemicals Group, Montedison and its subsidiaries, Montell Polyolefins (from the JV with Shell Chemicals) and Basell Polyolefins, which is still the global leader in polyolefins technology, production and marketing. At the end of her career with Basell Polyolefins, Anna was Head of Internal and External Communications for Italy and a member of Federchimica's Communication Committee Team. Her activity includes all key business functional areas. Since joining Stanton Chase, she has handled senior level and BoD searches for multinational and international companies operating in the sectors of infrastructure, industry, consumer products and services, and life sciences and healthcare. Massimo MazzonzelliDirector With a PHD in Law, Massimo started his career as a Human Resources Manager with multinational companies operating in various sectors such as FMCG (Nestlé and Gillette), Shipping (Merzario), Industry (Schneider Group), Technology (Rank Xerox) and Services (Dun & Bradstreet). At the end of his career as a HR Director, Massimo had managed all aspects of the function and had gained wide experience in organization, development, training and management of human resources, as well as in industrial relations and legal aspects. In 1989, Massimo moved into Executive Search. Initially as a Partner with Euren-Intersearch, then as Managing Partner of H. Neumann International. Before joining Stanton Chase International in 2010, Massimo spent five years as a Partner with Amrop ASA. His main focus in the Executive Search field includes Financial Services, Industry, Technology and Consumer Products and Services. Industry Practice Expertise:

Gian Carlo BalbiDirector Gian Carlo Balbi earned his PhD in Economics from Milan University. He began his career as a Market Research Officer with Hoechst Italia (Chemicals) before moving to Imperial Chemical Industries Plc as Product Manager for Agro-chemicals. He then worked for Merloni Elettrodomestici S.p.A. (domestic appliances) as Export Manager for some years, followed by a term as Regional Manager with Indesit Elettrodomestici S.p.A. He was also active in the aluminium packaging industry (Tubettificio Europeo S.p.A.) as Export Manager until he was appointed Managing Director of a German steel manufacturer. Gian Carlo then joined Stanton Chase International and specializes in a variety of sectors.
