Overview
Stanton Chase Iberian Peninsula was created by a group of ex- senior executives of various important Spanish companies representing the more important industries of the economy of the country, with the aim of providing to clients competing in a global market, mainly excellent Board members and senior management.
The firm is divided internally into expert groups that represent the different industry specializations offered globally by Stanton Chase International. Each of these groups are chaired by our Shareholders- Directors (that were executives in each of these fields) who act as advisors to our consultants that are in their turn specialized in that industry.
This type of organization enables us to have a very complete understanding of each industry, to reach a better definition of the professional profiles demanded by our clients, and finally to fill the positions totally adjusted to our clients needs.
