Carole began her career in staffing management and human resources positions at Rank Xerox France. She has spent 20 years in the executive search field, all with ALGOE Group, a French leader in the consulting field, and was one of the founding partners of Stanton Chase International France in the early 1990s. Carole holds a degree in psychology and specializes in senior management positions with a focus on industry. Robert ChouvencPartner After his initial foray into recruiting and human resources at Thomson CSF, Robert started and ran a recruiting agency in the Lyon area for an international consulting group for 17 years.
