Asser LindholmManaging Partner
Asser Lindholm has worked over twenty-five years in the Human Resources sector and over ten years in Executive Search. Asser is one of the most experienced consultants in Finland. Asser has served clients almost in all different business areas but mainly in Consumers Products, Life Sciences and Healthcare, Manufacturing and Engineering, and IT and Telecom. Over the course of twenty years, he has also conducted management audits and psychological assessments. Asser holds a BBA in Marketing and basic studies in Executive MBA in Service Business. He is fluent in English and Finnish. Asser has two sons and is married to Jaana, who is a former model and based most of her international career in Paris. Asser is active in various sports like golf, jogging and especially in basketball (Finnish Champion 1979). Industry Practice Expertise:

Mikael Stelander Partner
Mikael started his career in Executive Search with a local search company in 1996. Before joining the profession of executive Search Mikael worked as an entrepreneur in marketing communications, and has always had a very entrepreneurial view on business. Mikael has extensive search experience from various business sectors, especially in Technology, Industrial and Capital Investment markets. He has also conducted management audits both in Europe and US. Mikael specializes in Technology, with client relations in all continents. Mikael holds a Master of Science in Economics from the Helsinki School of Economics and Business Administration. He is fluent in English, Finnish and Swedish. Mikael is married to Paula and has two daughters. He enjoys classic sailing both at a competitive level and with his family. Industry Practice Expertise:

Kalle SoikkanenPartner Kalle has over twenty years of experience in Finland's international business community. Prior to working for several years at the Confederation of the Employers and KOP Bank, he had 17 years of service in theconsumer products industry with listed global companies. Kalle had been responsible for Administration, Corporate Affairs, Legal Affairs, HR and Communications within these companies. His previous confidential posts as Member of Market Court, Member of the Council of the Copyright Law and Member of the Law Committee of the Central Chamber of Commerce have provided Kalle with a clear picture of the requirements that corporate governance and risk management pose on companies. Kalle earned his masters degree in law from the University of Helsinki. As a result of his keen interest in politics and society in general, Kalle has clear opinions on the future of Finland and has aspirations to contribute to it for example by writing columns. Arto SormunenPartner Arto began his career in Human Resources in 1990 and has since worked as a management consultant in various roles. Before joining Stanton Chase, Arto was a leading figure with a mid-sized HR consulting company for which he also served as the chairman of the board. He has broad expertise in Executive Search, especially in Service Business, IT and Telecom. Arto’s own management competence and his deep understanding of the role of motivation in career building provide him a strong background in building successful management teams for his clients. Fluent in Finnish, English and German, Arto holds a Master’s Degree in Social Sciences from the University of Helsinki. A devoted family man, he and Minna, an adjunct professor of education, are raising two charming little boys. Arto is an avid mountain biker who also enjoys skiing and sailing. Susanna KilpinenResearch Associate Susanna joined the team in February 2008 after having gained experience as a researcher with another executive search company. Her areas of expertise are the Technology and Financial sectors. Susanna’s number one interest is hiking. The wooden cup “kuksa” is a must during all of her hiking expeditions. |

Satu HilliResearch Associate Satu joined Stanton Chase as a Research Associate in August 2007. She has been working in the field since 1998. Her areas of expertise are Consumer Products and Services and Industrial. Satu competes in agility with three Australian Kelpies, when she has time from canicrossing. |
