Holger UslarManaging Partner Holger has worked in the executive search field since 2000 and has successfully managed over 200 local and international search assignments. Prior to becoming a Stanton Chase partner, Holger gained experience with Heidrick & Struggles and eventually launched the Hamburg office for another international search firm. A Six Sigma champion with business re-engineering experience, Holger gained valuable knowledge working in human resources management for leading chemical and high-tech companies. He eventually earned a position as HR Director in Central Europe. Holger is a strong supporter of the Association of Executive Search Consultants and is in the European Council of this professional body. Holger underwent officer training in the German Armed Forces and held leadership positions in the Corps of Engineers. He studied business, law and psychology at the Helmut-Schmidt-Universität in Hamburg. Fluent in German and English, he also speaks some Spanish and French. He focuses on upper mid-sized to larger international companies in the manufacturing industry with special focus on the wind energy, chemicals /food (ingredients) and high tech markets.
