Holger UslarManaging Partner Holger has worked in the executive search field since 1998 and has successfully managed over 200 local and international search assignments. Prior to becoming a Stanton Chase partner, Holger gained experience with Heidrick & Struggles and eventually launched the Hamburg office for another international search firm. A Six Sigma champion with business re-engineering experience, Holger gained valuable knowledge working in human resources management for leading chemical and high-tech companies. He eventually earned a position as HR Director in Central Europe. Holger underwent Officer Training in the German Armed Forces and held leadership positions in the Corps of Engineers. He studied Business, Law and Psychology at the Helmut-Schmidt-Universität in Hamburg. Fluent in German and English, Holger also speaks Spanish, French and Russian. Industry Practice Expertise:

Ulf-Axel HeroldPartner After effectively managing his own business for over three years, Ulf joined Stanton Chase as a Partner. He has been working in the executive search industry since 2004, successfully placing senior level candidates for a host of German and international clients. Ulf’s professional career began with a sales position in the real estate industry and he is an expert in this field. He also held a senior management position in the operational and strategic business development division at a subsidiary of Marylebone Warwick Balfour Group plc. A graduate of Law and Economics at the Universities of Hamburg and Tübingen, Ulf is fluent in German, English and also speaks French. Industry Practice Expertise:

Jörg KellingPartner Before joining Stanton Chase as a Partner, Jörg worked for world-class companies in the premium automotive sector for more than 15 years. He began his professional career as a sales executive for Mercedes-Benz and climbed up the ladder quickly. In 1995, he joined the BMW Group where he pursued an international career in Sales and General Management. He served five years as a Regional Director in the Middle East, based in Dubai. In 2006 Jörg eventually took over a subsidiary of the BMW Group in Indonesia as the President Director. Born and raised in Hamburg, Jörg graduated in Business and Economics in his hometown and completed a BMW program for High Potentials at the IMD Lausanne. He has extensive international management experience in Germany, the UK, the Middle East, India and Indonesia. He is fluent in German and English and also speaks French and Indonesian.
