Raimund G. KohtzManaging Partner Raimund, a Managing Partner with Stanton Chase Düsseldorf, began his executive search career as a Managing Director with IIC Partner (Ising International). He has completed assignments for clients within all business areas, with a particular focus on the industrial, energy and professional services sectors. Over the course of 10 years, Raimund has also conducted management audits and psychological assessments. He has served leading multinational and regional holding companies, as well as local companies. Raimund gained 15 years of experience in Human Resources. Several of his previous positions include HR Manager, COO and HR Country Manager for major international companies within the industrial sector. Raimund studied Economics, Human Resources and Marketing at the University of Dortmund. He holds a degree in Business Administration and speaks fluent English and German. His transition from the corporate life to the exiting executive search industry was supported by a keen interest in different people and cultures. Theodor PielstickerPartner Born in 1949 in Essen, Theodor studied law at the universities of Tübingen and Munich. After his studies he started his professional career as head of the legal department and Assistant to the MD of the Dussmann Company. In this role he provided different services including cleaning of offices, as well as hospital catering and security services. He than became head of HR and the legal department with Telemit GmbH, a company producing telecommunication equipment for military use. Following this tenure, Theodor led the HR and the legal department with Fribad Cosmetics. He also assumed these same roles with Zapp AG, a company active in wiredrawing, cold rolling of stainless steel and trading stainless steel products. Theodor is active in the consulting business since 1999. Gabriela Jagiella Partner Gabriela has been working as an Executive Search consultant since 1999. She has a strong focus on management diagnostics with a particular expertise in the mechanical engineering, plant construction and pharmaceutical industries. She has gained profound experience in providing management experts to vacant positions. She is specialised in assessments for the recruitment and development of national and international managers. Furthermore, she has initiated several cooperations between universities, public corporations and other companies. Gabriela gained further professional experience as assistant to the Chief Executive Officer of a family-owned enterprise and was also working for the managing director of a German real estate association. In 1999 Gabriela joined the Executive Search firm Scivias. The company was part of an international group of companies that consisted of a personnel consultancy, a business and management consultancy and a marketing agency. In 2001, Gabriela was appointed partner of the Executive Search activity and head of the outplacement division. Dr. Ronald WimmerPartner After finishing a bank education, Ronald graduated from business studies and promotion at the University of Dortmund. He is also a certificated Coach of the European Business School in Oestrich Winckel, Germany. His work as a consultant is marked by his passion to work with people. Ronald worked as a consultant for strategic planning with Dresdner Bank in Frankfurt, and later as consultant of a regional economic development corporation, Ruhrgebiet. In 1988 he became partner and member of the executive at Fraser - Gesellschaft für Unternehmensberatung/SCG – St. Gallen-Consulting Group in Essen. In 1997 he became member of the executive at Baumgartner Unternehmens- und Personalberatung, Düsseldorf/Sindelfingen, which belonged to Commerzbank AG, before becoming a partner, in 2000, at Colonia Management and Personalberatung, Schlossforum Bensberg, Köln. By 2004, he founded Dr. Wimmer u. Partner Management und Personalberatung Düsseldorf. Willi BeushausenPartner Willi has many years of technical expertise assessment in the quality assurance and control business. Prior to becoming a Partner with Stanton Chase Düsseldorf, Willi spent 20 years as managing partner and member of an international service company. Bettina Robrecht-BrunePartner Bettina joined Stanton Chase Düsseldorf in 2009. She brings to the organization more than 20 years of experience in the field of executive search. Bettina specializes in recruiting professionals, including vice-presidents and directors, as well as senior managers and functional specialists of the real estate, architecture, construction and facility management sectors. Bettina has conducted searches for public corporations, privately-owned companies, as well as small entrepreneurial enterprises, operating in above mentioned industries and mechanical engineering as well as steel trade. Bettina has deep and broad experience in recruiting executive talent. Lutz Meyer-ReissenweberPartner Lutz brings 10 years of search experience, and more than 20 years of industry experience to client engagements. Prior to joining Stanton Chase Düsseldorf, Lutz was an Associate Partner at InterSearch Executive Consultants, where he led searches in consumer products, technical services and industrial manufacturing. As a Partner with Stanton Chase, Lutz heads activities in the German and European Industry for fast moving consumer goods. He previously established his own executive search firm, and earlier began his career in search with a leading national firm. He began his professional career in 1978 at Alfa Laval Application Centre Brewery in nearby Hamburg. He worked as a Product Manager at Deutsche Granini (Bielefeld) before joining the Dr. Oetker Group (Bielefeld), where he was the Head of the Marketing Group for the frozen bakery company. Lutz later moved from marketing to sales when he joined Pepsi Cola GmbH (Offenbach), where he was a successful Franchise Manager in Northern Germany. He also gained experience working for the Oetker Brewing Group (DAB) and Heineken Deutschland GmbH (Düsseldorf) as General Manager. Falco A. NicklasPartner Prior to joining Stanton Chase Düsseldorf, Falco was a Senior Executive with one of the world’s largest recruitment firms. Over the years, he has managed to build up and lead several recruitment teams within various business functions, while gaining extensive experience recruiting in finance, sales and marketing, and IT Business. Falco has successfully conducted assignments for clients on the General Management, Business Unit Director, Commercial Management and middle management levels, with a special focus on commercially oriented profiles. Falco has also worked extensively in the Professional Services sector. He is familiar with recruiting for both small and medium companies, as well as Global Stock listed companies with an international search approach. From the time he began his career as a trainee with the German-British Chamber of Commerce in London, Falco’s main goal has been to foster long-term business relationships based on tailor-made solutions for his clients. Dr. Achim Schulte-GoebelPartner Achim focused on executive search within the German financial services industry for 17 years prior to joining Stanton Chase Düsseldorf in 2009. He began his professional career in 1992 as a research consultant with Siebenlist, Grey & Partner GmbH, a boutique executive search firm and member of the Association of Executive Search Consultants. He has provided executive search consulting solutions for financial industry clients since 1998. From 2003 on he acted as a partner with Siebenlist, Grey & Partner, rebuilding the interior financial services section. Over the years, Achim has successfully conducted a large number of search assignments in the fields of wealth management, private & business banking, corporate banking and asset management with leading financial services groups including major banks and big insurance companies. He has also completed searched with smaller, traditional private banks or regional participants in the German financial services sector. In doing so, Achim is convinced that delivering added value to his clients requires not only specialized business expertise, but also thoroughness, tenacity and clear ethical standards within the search process. Andreas EhrhardtPartner Andreas joined Stanton Chase Düsseldorf in 2009. Prior to entering the field of executive search, he pursued a career in several management positions in Sales, Marketing and as Managing Director. Andreas contributes to the Düsseldorf organisation 20 years of experience serving global and local clients in the consumer, retail, chemical, institutional and professional services industry and provides deep customer insights. He combines extensive expertise in developing national and international businesses with the passion for disclosing people’s talents and potential. David DuhemSenior Consultant David has more than 20 years of international experience in the field of industrial consumer goods and in the strategy consulting business. He has worked in companies like Bitron Industrie S.p.A. and General Electric, holding different positions related to sales and marketing, purchasing and product management. Prior to stepping into HR consulting he spent several years in the strategy consulting business as a senior consultant, where he led projects in the fields of purchasing, sales and marketing, restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, human resources, as well as management buy-ins and buyouts. Sabine BeldeSenior Consultant Sabine served for more than 17 years as assistant to the MD, and later as a Human Resources assistant in the IT business. She started her career in the executive search industry nine years ago as a recruiter before moving up to the position of Consultant. She has filled positions for the BIG 5 of the IT consulting companies, and has gained profound knowledge in this special business area.
