Anders NannerupManaging Director Anders has been active with executive search since 1996 having completed more than 400 assignments covering almost every industry. In the recent years Anders has mainly worked with companies within the renewable energy, life science and technology sectors, thus having profound knowledge of the challenging tasks these industries face regarding management and leadership. Anders’ career in executive search started with the Scandinavian company Compass Human Resources Group. In 1998 he established the Copenhagen office and in 2002 Anders became owner of the Danish part of the company. In 2003 Compass was approached by Stanton Chase to become a partner, which resulted in establishing the Copenhagen office of Stanton Chase. Prior to his executive search role, Anders has accumulated more than 10 years experience within management, international assignments and training/education. Key positions have been as officer in the Danish army and as Human Resource Director with DDB Communication Group Besides his work as a headhunter, Anders serves as the chairman of the board of ” Motorhistorisk Samråd” the Danish part of “Fédération Internationale des Véhicules Anciens” and as the chairman of the Mustang Club of Denmark. Jakob StengelWestern Europe Regional Practice Leader - Financial Services Jakob joined the Copenhagen office of Stanton Chase International in early 2010. His most recent professional experience counts three years in total as a partner with two other global executive search firms. Jakob’s earlier experience includes senior management positions with large multinational industry leaders in financial services and insurance such as Willis, AIG (now Chartis), Chubb and Codan. Jakob has significant consulting experience as a trusted advisor for a vast number of Denmark’s Top 200-companies, and extensive business experience from international and cross-cultural corporate environments. He is a co-author of a number of management books and a frequent speaker on the topics of corporate governance, leadership and career development. Jakob holds a Master degree in Law from University of Copenhagen, and has more than a decade of experience in serving on various executive and advisory boards in Danish companies and organizations, incl. serving as Chairman of VL53 under The Danish Management Society (DSV). Flemming Riber Partner Flemming joined Stanton Chase International in August 2010 as Partner and is responsible for executive search assignments towards leading Danish companies. From 1999 till 2010 Flemming was owner, Senior Partner and member of the board with Cultivator A/S. He was responsible for all Executive Search and Assessment activities in Denmark, Norway and Sweden and was also responsible for the execution of their Scandinavian growth strategy. Flemming has over the past ten+ years completed more than 250 positions at C-level, Middle Management and Board level. Flemming has developed and implemented management assessment tools in a wide scale of process industries. Earlier experience includes management positions with larger multinational industry leaders in chemical and steel production such as Hempel Group, Boliden AB, Flügger Group. Flemming has significant consulting experience as a preferred Headhunter and Trusted Advisor for a number of Denmark’s largest companies. He has been co-author of books on recruitment strategy in Scandinavia and has considerable international and multi-cultural experience especially from positions held in Middle East and Far East region. Ib SøerensenPartner Ib joined Stanton Chase International in April 2011 as Partner and is responsible for executive search activities with large companies in Denmark. Ib gained four years of experience, from 2007 to 2011, as an owner, senior partner and managing director with another international executive search firm. His past professional experience includes 20 years in the IT and consulting industries.Ib has spent more than 10 years in senior management positions with large Nordic and multinational industry leaders in technology, and professional services such as IBM. He has significant consulting experience as a trusted advisor and is a preferred headhunter for a number of established companies. Ib has extensive business experience from international and cross-cultural corporate environments. His search experience spans over several industries and functional areas. Ib is the Technology Practice lead in Denmark and also solves assignments within the Consumer Products and Services group. He holds an Executive MBA from Henley Management College in the UK. Katriina Lillelund SchøierPrincipal Consultant Katriina joined the Copenhagen office of Stanton Chase International in 2011. She has extensive consulting experience from two leading international management consulting companies. Katriina has worked with a broad range of strategic and organisational issues and has deep experience with corporate strategy, general business development and business transformation processes, primarily focused on organisations’ commercial functions and processes.
