Norbert NagyManaging Partner Norbert has been in the Executive Search industry since 2005 where he primarily focuses on the Technology, Professional Services and Manufacturing sectors for the Hungarian and CEE markets. He is responsible for the management of the Hungarian office. He has considerable experience in both the IT industry and in Management Consultancy having been employed with top notch companies in these industries. He has worked extensively on an international level in more than 10 countries in the CEE region and has successfully managed client assignments at the Executive and Senior Management levels. As well as holding a BA in Business Studies from the Oxford Brooks University, he has studied International Marketing and Communication. Edit PappPartner Edit Papp is a senior executive with extensive international experience in the financial services sector. She plays a key role in developing Stanton Chase International’s financial services practice in Hungary and Central and Eastern Europe. Edit has over 20 years of international work experience in corporate banking, sales, risk management, business development and senior leadership in financial services. Prior to joining Stanton Chase, she was CEO of Erste Bank Hungary, served on a number of Erste Group senior regional committees, and was a member of the executive committee of the Hungarian Banking Association. Edit has also held executive-level management positions with other leading international firms such as Institiute Bancario San Paulo and ABN Amro. In these roles, Edit gained strategic as well as operational planning and execution experience in multinational businesses; including acquisition integration, market expansion and green-field start-up situations. She successfully recruited board-level managers for local companies and coached them to develop their talents and potential. Edit holds a Masters degree in International Commerce and Finance from the Budapest University of Economics. She speaks English, German and Hungarian. Edit is married and has one daughter. Jozef PappPartner Jozef has been in the executive search industry since 1998. He has expertise in acquiring candidates for middle and top management assignments in several market segments. He joined the search industry from the management consulting division of Deloitte. His professional career encompasses various sales roles within the IT industry, with a particular focus on ERP software sales. Jozef focuses primarily on the technology, automotive and consumer goods market sectors in the CEE region. Born in Slovakia, Jozef graduated from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering.
