Annita PakioufakiManaging Director Annita possesses a wealth of professional experience having worked with prominent multinational companies in the Consumer Products and Services, as well as and Life Sciences and Healthcare market sectors holding leading positions in Sales, Marketing, Trade Marketing, Commercial and Supply Chain departments. Annita started her career with the Commercial service of the United States Embassy in Athens. She then moved to Gr. Sarantis S.A. (leading FMCG company) where she was responsible for the business in Cyprus, Lebanon, Malta and Portugal. After four years she joined Johnson & Johnson in Greece holding several positions in the Sales and Trade Marketing departments. Before joining Stanton Chase Bucharest as the Managing Director, Annita was the Commercial & Supply Chain Manager for Merck Sharp & Dohme (leading pharmaceutical company) in Athens. She was attracted to join the executive search industry and lead the operations of Stanton Chase Bucharest, one of the leading executive search companies in Romania, as she was challenged by the dynamic, results and people oriented nature of the specific business. Lara MariaConsultant Lara is a consultant in the Life Science & Healthcare, as well as in the Consumer Products & Services practice groups with Stanton Chase Bucharest. Prior to joining our team, Lara served as a Researcher and then as an Associate Consultant with two well known executive search firms, Ray & Berndtson and Heidrick & Struggles, where she built her strong expertise in executive search. Lara’s executive search practice encompasses the search and selection of first line management and C-level assignments for major international players in the consumer goods, pharmaceutical, financial services and real-estate market sectors in Romania and CEE Europe. Prior to moving into executive search, Lara worked as a Project Coordinator, organizing financial events for a local weekly financial newspaper. Part of her work was to invite the most relevant speakers and to keep up the relationship with them. Lara graduated from the University of Bucharest, Faculty of Sociology and Social Assistance. Raluca EliuConsultant Raluca joined the Bucharest office of Stanton Chase as a Consultant in the Industrial and Technology practice groups, having more than five years of experience in the executive search field and another six in the business sector. She started her career as a television and radio station news editor and announcer. In 2001, Raluca joined Goodyear Dunlop Tires Romania as a Customer Service Representative gaining a wealth of experience in logistics and customs activity. Raluca coordinated all Human Resources activities for Superlit Romania, where she worked closely with top management of the company - both locally and abroad. She entered the executive search field joining Amrop Stein & Partner Management Consulting in 2005 as a Researcher and was later promoted to Head of Research, and then to Consultant. Raluca gained experience in a range of industries, including real estate, construction, financial services, IT & C, utilities, FMCG and retail where she placed executives and senior management teams. At Stanton Chase Bucharest her focus will be to develop the Industrial, Technology and Professional Services sectors. Raluca Anca Eliu holds a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and Cultural Anthropology. After attaining her degree, she completed a postgraduate course in Communication and Public Relations, from Bucharest University. She is licensed to administer the Thomas Personal Profile Analysis. Cristina ArtinConsultant Cristina joined the Bucharest Office of Stanton Chase International in 2011 as Research Head. Cristina started her professional career during her last year of university as an insurance underwriter and has nearly four years experience in the insurance sector, where she specialized in “non life” insurance products. She was also responsible for coordinating and training junior members of the team, assigned brokers and agents. Prior to joining Stanton Chase, Cristina worked for 6 years with Neumann International – a leading Austrian Executive Search company, where she started as Assistant Researcher and soon became Researcher. As Researcher she gained experience in running local and cross-border research projects in various sectors such as: Healthcare, FMCG, Retail, Industrial, Financial Services, Logistics & Transportation, Construction and Real Estate, for C level and specialized roles within international companies. Cristina holds a Master’s degree in International and Community Law, and a Bachelor’s degree from the Law Faculty. She is also an AESC Certified Researcher / Associate. Industry Practice Expertise:

Aura KaraliConsultant Aura, a researcher in the Industrial practice group, contributes to the present positioning of Stanton Chase among the big international and local players in Romania's Industrial and Real Estate markets. Her analytical abilities are focused on conducting successful researches for high end projects by identifying top candidates that match agreed professional criteria. Aura holds a University degree in Foreign Languages and she completed post-graduate studies in Managerial Communications and Human Resources at the National School of Political and Administrative Studies. She is also certified as a Human Resources Inspector and she is fluent in English and French. Her dedication to the Human Resources field allows Aura to further expand professionally. Ana Maria StanciuResearcher Ana Maria joined the Bucharest office of Stanton Chase International in March 2011 as a researcher in the Technology and Industrial practice groups. Before joining the Stanton Chase team, Ana Maria worked as a recruitment specialist for the Romanian office of an international organisation specialising in consulting and outsourcing solutions for the information and communications technology fields. She has extensive experience in the private industry, particularly in the education and psychology sectors, as a trainer and therapist. Ana Maria graduated from the University of Bucharest with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and a Master Degree in Evaluation and Psychotherapy. She also holds a Master Degree in Human Resources from the Academy of Economic Studies. Ana Maria also serves clients in English and in French and has a working knowledge of both German and Spanish.
