Tom GoormanGlobal Practice Leader - Technology Tom has ten years of experience in executive search, both on domestic and international levels. Tom started his career in executive search with a Belgian niche player in 2001. In 2005, he co-founded and acted as Director of a local search firm which later joined a reputable international executive search firm. Today, Tom represents Stanton Chase in the Belgian and Luxemburg markets. Over the years, Tom has developed a sector expertise in the areas of Information Technology and Telecommunications, Manufacturing and Professional Services. He has successfully managed client assignments at the Executive and Senior Management levels. He is a member of the international ICT Practice Group, in which he follows up on several international assignments. Tom holds a Master Degree in Law from the University of Ghent, as well as a Master degree in Corporate Communication from the University of Ghent and the Vlerick School for Management. He is fluent in Dutch, French and English. Tom is married and has two children. His hobbies include playing basketball, snowboarding, scuba diving and travelling. Industry Practice Expertise:

Karine BeckerManaging Partner Karine Becker joined Stanton Chase International with 11 years’ experience in various senior management positions and 10 years of Executive Search Experience as Managing Partner and Head of Consumer & Retail practice of Transearch International. She specializes in the Consumer and Retail, IT, Telco and Media sectors. Karine holds degrees in Business Management and Marketing from Marymount Manhattan College in New York. She speaks French, English, Dutch and Spanish. Karine is based in Brussels, where she is Managing Partner. What motivates Karine is to bring to her client the person who will help them face the challenges, who will bring new visions, who will participate to the development of strong values and through this to the growth of the company. But it is also to offer this person such a job where s/he can fulfill him or herself, be happy at the end of the day of what s/he has achieved and learned. Karine, her own values are humanity, excellence, and a special attention to genderstreaming. Mom of 2 daughters who fulfill her so much, Karine also loves to play golf and to ride horses. Kristof ReynvoetPartner Kristof has a Master degree in Applied Economics from Ghent University and a Master of Business Administration in Marketing from Vlerick Management School. He started his professional career in the fast moving consumer goods industry where he held several positions in various sales functions. Kristof started his career in executive search at a local Belgian company as consultant before moving on to the position of team and practice leader. Before joining Stanton Chase as a Partner, Kristof has worked as Client Service Manager for a US stock-listed professional services company. As a result, he combines extensive international corporate experience with an in-depth knowledge of the Belgian business world. Being a real entrepreneur, Kristof successfully owns a wine bar, restaurant and wine shop in which he invests most of his spare time. When there is time left, he likes to travel (skiing and sailing as preferred journeys), to play sports (badminton and running) or simply to enjoy the company of friends. Industry Practice Expertise:

Olivier StoicaPartner Olivier has over 20 years of international work experience in sales, marketing, business development and general management in financial services. Prior to joining Stanton Chase, he was CEO of an insurance company, and held executive-level management positions with leading international firms such as MasterCard, Citibank, KBC Group and Uniqa. In these roles, Olivier gained strategic/operational planning and execution experience in multinational businesses; including turnaround, market expansion and green-field start-up situations. He successfully recruited top-level managers for international and local companies and coached them to develop their talents and potential. Olivier holds an MBA from the Open Business School in the United Kingdom and an MSc in Computer Science from the Polytechnic Institute of Bucharest. He speaks English, French, German and Romanian. Olivier is married and has two children. In his spare time he enjoys sports (mountain climbing, jogging, and scuba diving), travelling and modern arts. Olivier is convinced that delivering value to his clients requires not only business acumen, but also thoroughness, sensitivity to people and cultural aspects, tenacity and clear ethical standards within the search process.
