Milos TucakovicPartner / Managing Director Milos is the founder of Advance Training & Consulting. He graduated from the University of Belgrade with a major in Economics. He started his career in 1985 as a sports journalist in Politika Newspapers before moving on, in 1990, as a training officer for the Hyatt Regency Belgrade - a brand new hotel and one of the first franchises in the former Yugoslavia. From 1993 until 1999, Milos worked as the hotel's Training Manager before being promoted to Personnel Manager and one year later to Director of Human Resources. With more than 16 years of experience in HR and management, Milos is one of the leading experts in the area of human potential and capital. He is also a founder of Belgrade HR Community and a member of the Expert Group for Hotel Industry. Industry Practice Expertise:

Jasmina MilosevicPrincipal Consultant Jasmina began her career in 1988 as the Country Training Manager with McDonald’s Yugoslavia, where she was responsible for the training system as well as the implementation of the company’s HR policies. She subsequently moved to the Association of Yugoslav Publishers and Booksellers as the Adviser for International Cooperation. Jasmina also worked for the Canadian Embassy, the International Organization for Migration and has lived several years in Berlin and London. Following the introduction of modern banking in Serbia, in 2004, Jasmina joined the team appointed by the National bank of Serbia to set up the first Serbian training institution in the field of Banking, the Academy of Banking and Finance. In the position of Program Manager, she helped the Academy grow into a regional leader in financial education for professionals. Milos PetrovicPrincipal Consultant Milos has held managerial positions in the automotive industry for almost twenty years. After obtaining his B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering, he started working in the car industry as a service engineer with Inex-Interexport. The company became a representative office of Mercedes Benz for Yugoslavia and Milos was promoted to Deputy General Manager. Milos then moved to General Motors South East Europe as a Business Development Manager for Chevrolet. His next challenge was with Toyota, for which he opened its first sales and service center and spent five successful years as the General Manager. In the last few years Milos was CEO of Delta Auto, the largest car import company in the region, which deals with such brands as Fiat, Lancia, Alfa, Fiat Professional, Honda, Renault Truck, BMW and Mini. Throughout his career, Milos has enhanced his vocational expertise by attending all Mercedes and BMW seminars, as well as Toyota training at the Toyota Academy. He is currently preparing his PhD at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering at Belgrade University. Industry Practice Expertise:
