Harris PezoulasManaging Director Harris founded Response in 1996 from which the Greek office of Stanton Chase International originated in 2001. Since then, Harris' extroversion has led to the expansion of the Greek operations into the Balkans with the establishment of Stanton Chase offices in Bucharest, Sofia and Belgrade. Today, he leads one of the top Executive Search players in the region with over 45 professionals and a very dynamic growth span. Harris possesses 12 years of commercial experience from the Consumer industry and 20 years of management consulting including executive search. Harris has conducted many BoD Level Assignments. He started his career in 1976, with Procter & Gamble Hellas, in Sales and in 1980 he moved on as Commercial Director and member of the board at Viopharm, where he gained expertise in the pharmaceutical, consumer and industrial sectors. Manos PanoriosPartner Manos joined Stanton Chase Athens in 2003 and acts as a senior member of the Financial Services Practice as well as the CFO of the company. Manos' extensive knowledge of the financial functions has enabled him to serve a diverse range of industries for senior line assignments. Before starting his cooperation with Stanton Chase, Manos earned 12 years of senior financial experience in the consumer, services and construction sectors while holding the positions of Senior Accountant, Auditor and Financial Manager. His career as an executive search professional began in 1998, as a Senior Consultant for the Finance function at Response. Nancy MathioudakiEMEA Regional Practice Leader - Consumer Products and Services Nancy is a Partner, specialized in the Consumer Products and Services sector as well as in the Life Sciences and Healthcare markets. As a leading member of the Consumer Products and Services Practice in the EMEA region, she has handled senior level searches for key business functions including sales and marketing, business development, supply chain, human resources and finance for a broad spectrum of local and regional corporations. Prior to her career in Executive Search, Nancy accumulated over ten years of professional expertise in senior marketing positions with prominent multinational companies such as Diageo, IDV, TIM and BAT. She received a BSc in Business Administration specializing in Marketing and IT from the American College of Greece with highest honors and holds an MBA from LaVerne University. Nancy is an active member of the Hellenic Institute of Marketing, the Women's Organization of Managers and Entrepreneurs as well as the Kallipateira Sports Charity Association. Nicholas VasilikiotisPartner Nicholas is the Partner specialized in the Industrial, Energy, and Logistics and Transportation sectors. He possesses a wealth of professional working experience having worked over six and a half years at Deloitte, three years at Shelman S.A. (leading wood manufacturer) and two and a half years at Hellenic Duty Free Shops (retail) in the fields of organization development, business operations excellence and implementation of ERP systems. Prior to joining Stanton Chase in November 2010, Nicholas was the Head of Human Capital Services of Deloitte Athens with major focus in Executive Search projects. In his capacity, he substantially developed the Executive Search of Deloitte Athens through the quality of the service and by being “in close touch” with decision makers, running senior executive search assignments. His specialization lies mainly in the manufacturing, energy and shipping sectors. He holds a bachelor degree in Mathematics from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki with specialization in Applied Mathematics and an MBA for the Cyprus Institute of Management (Nicosia, Cyprus) with specialization in Organization and Processes Transformation.

Virginia ArgyratouPrincipal Consultant Virginia has seven years work experience in the field of executive search. In 2000, she started her career with Crème de la Crème Human Resources, holding the positions of Consultant and Assessment Manager in the Executive Search and Selection Department. A member of the Consumer Products and Services as well as the Life Sciences and Healthcare Practices, she specializes in the recruitment of executives and senior management teams, especially in the Consumer Products and Services market. Virginia graduated from the University of Athens, Faculty of Philosophy, with highest honors, receiving a BSc in Psychology specializing in Psychometric Assessments. Later she obtained an MSc degree in Consulting and Career Guidance from the same University. She is also an active member of the Greek Association of Counselors in Career Guidance. Vangelis SinanidisPrincipal Consultant Vangelis is a Principal Consultant, specialized in the Financial Services Practice, focusing on second line and senior executive positions. Vangelis started his career with the major shareholder of a Capital Holdings company listed on the Athens Stock Exchange where he was actively involved in the evaluation and presentation of investment proposals to clients. Following that, he served as an Investor Relationship Manager for a capital management company, which gave him the chance to cooperate with major European Investment houses and to take part in the planning, coordination and implementation of the firm's investment projects. Andriana TheodorakopoulouConsultant Andriana is a Consultant, specialized in the Consumer Products and Services sector with a specialization in FMCG, retail and the emerging e-commerce. She joined Stanton Chase Athens as a Researcher in February 2007. Andriana has been an active member of the Consultant team since July 2010. Her enthusiasm and stamina in handling demanding clients and specialized projects, her achievement drive, her client-centric philosophy and the high quality in her deliverables offered her constant promotions throughout the years. She has handled multiple recruitments for key business functions including sales and marketing, information technology, human resources and finance for both Greek and multinational corporations. Vana MehleriConsultant Vana is a Consultant, acting as senior member of the Industrial, Natural Resources and Energy and Logistics and Transportation practice groups. Vana started her career with Stanton Chase in September 2008 as Research Associate, following her engineering studies. In June 2010 she was promoted to Associate Consultant and in January 2011 she assumed the position of Consultant, maintaining her specialization in the Industrial and Energy sectors. She is experienced in serving and handling demanding assignments in all business functions, also specializing in highly technical and specialist positions, including Plant Managers, Project Managers, Development Managers and Technical Directors. Vana is an assertive, verbal, persistent and demanding professional with strong communication skills, self – motivation, high energy and problem solving ability being committed to achieving challenging goals. Her style is participative, descriptive and friendly whilst remaining direct and tenacious. She has successfully participated in the completion of senior level as well as specialized assignments serving multinational and local clients within her areas of expertise, also demonstrating high personal standards in Customer Service and Quality orientation. Konstantinos KamariotisConsultant Konstantinos began his studies in the Department of Tourism Enterprises Management at the Technological Education Institute of Larissa. However, his educational interest for the sector of business administration led him to Deree College (The American College of Greece) where he graduated with a BSc in Marketing. His first professional steps, during his studies, were in the field of public relations on a part-time basis. He then joined Citibank, Chevrolet Hellas and, in 2006, Stanton Chase International as a Researcher focusing on the Life Sciences and Healthcare and Consumer Products and Services sectors. Konstantinos waspromoted to Senior Researcher in 2008 and to Associate Consultant in 2010. He currently focuses on the Life Science and Healthcare sector as a Consultant. He is innovative, perceptive and has the competence to assist and advise others, to smooth relationships and adapt in difficult circumstances in order to achieve high standards.
