Harris PezoulasManaging Director Harris founded Response in 1996 from which the Greek office of Stanton Chase International originated in 2001. Since then, Harris' extroversion has led to the expansion of the Greek operations into the Balkans with the establishment of Stanton Chase offices in Bucharest, Sofia and Belgrade. Today, he leads one of the top Executive Search players in the region with over 45 professionals and a very dynamic growth span. Harris possesses 12 years of commercial experience from the Consumer industry and 20 years of management consulting including executive search. Harris has conducted many BoD Level Assignments. He started his career in 1976, with Procter & Gamble Hellas, in Sales and in 1980 he moved on as Commercial Director and member of the board at Viopharm, where he gained expertise in the pharmaceutical, consumer and industrial sectors. Manos PanoriosFinance Partner Manos joined Stanton Chase Athens in 2003 and acts as a senior member of the Financial Services Practice as well as the CFO of the company. Manos' extensive knowledge of the financial functions has enabled him to serve a diverse range of industries for senior line assignments. Before starting his cooperation with Stanton Chase, Manos earned 12 years of senior financial experience in the consumer, services and construction sectors while holding the positions of Senior Accountant, Auditor and Financial Manager. His career as an executive search professional began in 1998, as a Senior Consultant for the Finance function at Response. Konstantinos ZafiropoulosPartner
Konstantinos is a Partner, responsible for the Technology and Industrial sectors. As a core member of the firm's regional Technology Practice, Konstantinos has successfully completed senior assignments in Central Europe and the Middle East. Active in Executive Search since 2000, Konstantinos began his search career at KPMG Athens. Playing a key role in the establishment of the Technology Practice, he has served leading multinational and local companies. His focus has spanned all functional areas up to Executive level. He also conducts search assignments for Information Technology Officers across industries. Before turning his focus to executive search, Konstantinos worked in the IT sector holding senior sales roles and in the Investment sector as Senior Market Analyst. He graduated from the University of Athens Greece, receiving a BSc in Physics and an MSc in Electronic Automation, and from Brunel University London, receiving an MSc in Information Systems Management. Nancy MathioudakiPartner Nancy is a Partner, specialized in the Consumer Products and Services sector as well as in the Life Sciences and Healthcare markets. As a leading member of the Consumer Products and Services Practice in the EMEA region, she has handled senior level searches for key business functions including sales and marketing, business development, supply chain, human resources and finance for a broad spectrum of local and regional corporations. Prior to her career in Executive Search, Nancy accumulated over ten years of professional expertise in senior marketing positions with prominent multinational companies such as Diageo, IDV, TIM and BAT. She received a BSc in Business Administration specializing in Marketing and IT from the American College of Greece with highest honors and holds an MBA from LaVerne University. Nancy is an active member of the Hellenic Institute of Marketing, the Women's Organization of Managers and Entrepreneurs as well as the Kallipateira Sports Charity Association. Athena TavoulariDirector
Athena is a Director of Stanton Chase, focusing on the SE European region, being accountable for SEE new business development opportunities, as well as for the identification and exploitation of regional cross office synergies between the Athens, Belgrade, Bucharest and Sofia offices. Athena has accumulated extensive experience within the Executive Search industry, starting her career in 2000 within the Athens office of Stanton Chase, as a Principal Consultant responsible for the Technology and Consumer Products and Services market sectors. With her strong focus, high achievement drive, advanced relationship building abilities, client-centric and quality driven philosophy, she managed to significantly develop the Technology practice of Stanton Chase Athens. In 2005 she decided to move to the Athens office of Hay Group, where she led the Executive Search and Assessment business unit as a Director, being at the same time an active management team member. Throughout her career, Athena has conducted numerous BoD level assignments for major corporate clients within the Greek and SEE markets in the areas of Financial Services, Life Sciences and Healthcare, Consumer Products and Services and Technology. Athena has graduated from Pantion University of Social & Political Sciences with a bachelor in Psychology and from Keele University, UK, with a Masters degree in Human Resource Management & Employee Relations. Virginia ArgyratouPrincipal Consultant Virginia has seven years work experience in the field of executive search. In 2000, she started her career with Crème de la Crème Human Resources, holding the positions of Consultant and Assessment Manager in the Executive Search and Selection Department. A member of the Consumer Products and Services as well as the Life Sciences and Healthcare Practices, she specializes in the recruitment of executives and senior management teams, especially in the Consumer Products and Services market. Virginia graduated from the University of Athens, Faculty of Philosophy, with highest honors, receiving a BSc in Psychology specializing in Psychometric Assessments. Later she obtained an MSc degree in Consulting and Career Guidance from the same University. She is also an active member of the Greek Association of Counselors in Career Guidance. Vangelis SinanidisPrincipal Consultant Vangelis is a Principal Consultant, specialized in the Financial Services Practice, focusing on second line and senior executive positions. Vangelis started his career with the major shareholder of a Capital Holdings company listed on the Athens Stock Exchange where he was actively involved in the evaluation and presentation of investment proposals to clients. Following that, he served as an Investor Relationship Manager for a capital management company, which gave him the chance to cooperate with major European Investment houses and to take part in the planning, coordination and implementation of the firm's investment projects. Yannis NakopoulosPrincipal Consultant Yannis is a Principal Consultant in Stanton Chase's Industrial Practice. He joined the firm in 2006 following a career with KPMG as an Advisor working mainly for clients across a range of market sectors and functions, including the industrial sector. Before entering the executive search profession, Yannis was a Human Resources Officer for the Athens 2004 Olympics Organizing Committee and has also worked as a Quality and Project Manager Assistant with Siemens Medical Devices & Solutions. He attended the University of Athens, where he studied Business Administration and Human Resources Management. Later he obtained a DEUG in Law from the University of Pierre Mendes, France.
