Cagri AlkayaCentral & Eastern Europe Regional Practice Leader - Financial Services Cagri started his career as a Financial Auditor in Coopers & Lybrand. While at Coopers & Lybrand, he took part in various audits, due diligence projects and recruitment assignments, that initiated his interest in the Human Resources area. In 1999 he joined the executive search and HR consultancy industry with Antal International, then a wholly-owned international recruitment group. In 2002, he took part in the start up of Oxygen Consultancy as one of the Founding Partners. Cagri specializes in the Consumer Products and Services, Financial Services, Industrial, Natural Resources and Energy and Technology practice groups . Cagri also assumes functional roles focusing on the firm’s general management, financial management and commercial management. Cagri joined Stanton Chase Istanbul in 2006 as a Consultant and Partner and carries out this role along with his Non - Executive Chairman role at Oxygen Consultancy. Cagri has thorough experience in regional recruitment and has developed and executed assignments in Central and Eastern Europe, the Commonwealth of Independent States and the Middle East. Cagri graduated from the American Collegiate Institute and Middle East Technical University International Relations Department. Sukran TumayExecutive Senior Partner Sukran has more than fifteen years of experience in recruitment and HR Consultancy with Coopers & Lybrand, Antal International and Oxygen Consultancy. Prior to joining Oxygen Consultancy in 2002 as a founding Partner, Sukran carried out the Country Manager and Managing Partner role for Antal International’s Turkey office. Sukran specializes in the Consumer Products and Services, Life Sciences and Healthcare, and Logistics and Transportation practice groups. She also assumes functional responsibilities pertaining to the firm’s marketing, sales and general management. Throughout her career in executive search, Sukran has assumed leading roles in various regional business development efforts and has completed international assignments throughout Europe, the Middle East and Central Asia. Prior to her career in executive search Sukran was with Gate Gourmet as an Organization and Quality Consultant. Sukran currently carries out the Non - Executive Board Member role at Oxygen Consultancy, along with her Executive Senior Partner role at Stanton Chase Istanbul. Sukran is a graduate of St. Catherine's, Melbourne and studied English language and literature at Istanbul University. Sukran is fluent in English and Turkish. Industry Practice Expertise:

Behzat Azeri Senior Partner Throughout his career, spanning over 35 years, Behzat has worked in various professional sectors as a senior executive and several times has played a key role in the establishment and start up of multinational companies in Turkey. He has extensive experience in sales, marketing, and HR Management in sectors like FMCG & Retail, Automotive, Energy, Industrial Manufacturing, Tourism and Construction. Behzat has also developed broad experience over 20 years as a top executive in Human Resources and Industrial Relations functions of leading international and local companies. He started his career in 1975, with Uniroyal Tires-Turkey in export sales and ended up as the Marketing and Sales Group Director, until the company was acquired by Good Year. He later joined Gillette Turkey as the Head of Marketing in the start up stage, and moved on to be the Human Resources Director and a member of the Board of Directors and Executive Committee. Behzat focused himself for the rest of his career mainly in the HR and Industrial Relations management in Turk Pirelli Cables, and Ricmond Hotel Group as HR Director; and thereafter as HR Coordinator in STFA, a leading local construction company and Goldas, Turkey’s largest jewellery designer/producer/retailer. Having recently worked as a Management Consultant in two extensive projects for a major industrial multinational group in Turkey, Behzat is now Senior Partner with the Istanbul office of Stanton Chase International. Behzat graduated from the Istanbul Robert College / Bosphorus University Business Administration Department. Seray SarginSenior Consultant Seray launched her career in the search and selection field at Antal International, a company specialized in middle to senior level searches. She started as a Researcher and later assumed the Head of Research, Consultant and Country Representative positions respectively. Before joining Stanton Chase Istanbul, Seray assumed various positions at Manpower, Heidrick & Struggles and also worked as a freelance consultant for recruitment and organizational projects while acting as a Senior Consultant with Oxygen Consultancy. Seray specializes in the Consumer Products and Services, Industrial, Natural Resources and Energy, and Logistics and Transportation practice groups. Seray has gained valuable international experience throughout her nine-year career working on diversified assignments in countries including Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Israel and Europe.
