We are a subsidiary of ALGOE, one of France's leading management consulting firms. We began conducting executive searches more than 20 years ago in order to help our clients in finding key senior management talent.

Our roots and initial office are in Lyon, France's second largest city and located in the southeast of the country. A second location founded in the 1980s in Paris expanded our executive search activity to a national and even international level.

In the 90s, many of our major clients began to expand into global markets and were looking for senior people to manage international issues. Today, international assignments constitute a significant part of our activity.

As an integral part of the Stanton Chase International network of offices throughout the world, the French offices serve client organizations in virtually every industry by providing outstanding search solutions for senior executive and position specialists.
