	Mihaela Damian Managing Partner m.damian@stantonchase.com Mihaela has accumulated 24 years of working experience in various industries, such as Consumer Products and Services, IT, telecommunications, legal services, in national and multinational business environment, holding positions of financial, operational and HR top management in companies such as Digital Equipment Romania, Compaq Computer Romania, Germanos Telecom Romania and others. She joined Executive Search in 2003 to specialize in financial services and industrial sectors. Her genuine interest in people and human capital in general was the trigger for her changing the multinational business environment with the very dynamic and challenging search industry. Mihaela holds a University Degree in Economy at the Academy of Economic Studies of Bucharest, is a Certified Business Consultant, and is passing her final exams in an international EMBA program. 	Cristina Caramizaru Partner c.caramizaru@stantonchase.com Cristina holds a University Degree in Psychology from the Titu Maiorescu University of Bucharest. She is a certified A&DC assessor and she is also qualified to conduct the Thomas International Test. Owing to her keen interest in people, she joined the Executive Search department of Response International, where she developed her potential in the recruiting business. Since day one, she has been dedicated to performing client needs assessments and matching client expectations with custom human capital solutions. She has gained experience and in-depth knowledge in the finance, banking, sales & distribution, brand management practices by covering many positions on different levels. 	Razvan Soare Senior Consultant r.soare@stantonchase.com Prior to joining Stanton Chase Bucharest as a Senior Consultant for the Industrial Practice Group, Razvan enjoyed 12 years of professional experience in Marketing, as well as Governmental and Corporate Public Relations. His career started in 1992 when he joined the advisory staff of the Romanian President. Razvan then joined the private sector in 1996 and held top managerial positions within big international companies active in Romania in the telecom, oil and tobacco industries. Ravzan was still a student when he began his career within the Department of Political Analysis of the Presidency of Romania, acting as a student-relations advisor to the President. Following his departure from the Presidential Office after the 1996 Romanian elections, Ravzan was active in Marketing and PR for major companies such as Mobifon (presently Vodafone), Telespazio (part of Telecom Italia Group), Rompetrol and Philip Morris. He holds a Bachelor of Science from the Academy of Economic Studies in Bucharest and a Master of Business Administration from the Rotterdam School of Management from Erasmus University in The Netherlands. 	Loreda Dragomir Senior Consultant l.dragomir@stantonchase.com Loreda holds over 5 years of experience in Human Resources Management. Prior to joining Stanton Chase, she was the Country Manager for Grafton Recruitment. After living in New York for over a decade, during which she accomplished many of her career goals in the fields of banking, administration, real estate and insurance, Loreda returned to her native Romania with a keen interest in expanding her professional horizons. Seeking new challenges in the area of human resources and recruitment, she became a Consultant at Hudson Romania in December 2004. Loreda later accepted a position as Business Development Senior Consultant for Business Intelligence Alliance, another Romanian-based recruitment agency. Loreda graduated with High Honors from SUNY Binghamton where she obtained a Bachelor of Liberal Arts in 1998, and a Master in Teaching in 1999. Loreda is fluent in both Romanian and English. 	Oana Gatu Consultant o.gatu@stantonchase.com Oana has a combined university background in computer science from the Computer Science College of Bucharest, and in communication studies at the Communication and Public Relations Faculty, “David Ogilvy” – S.N.S.P.A. (The National School of Political Studies and Public Administration). She is fluent in English and is competent in French. A very dynamic yet analytical researcher, Oana prides herself on innovative thinking and improving customer service practices. She joined Stanton Chase as a researcher in 2004, and is currently coordinating the research team. Oana is a certified A&DC assessor. 	Geanina Ionita PR & Communication Manager g.ionita@stantonchase.com Geanina joined Stanton Chase Bucharest in January 2006 as a PR and Communication Manager. In her role, Geanina led the corporate Marketing and PR activities while contributing to the successful positioning of the Stanton Chase brand within the Romanian Executive Search market. Her responsibilities, designed around her strong communication skills, are tailored to contribute to the further development of the Stanton Chase brand and to heighten the presence of the Bucharest consultants' in various media channels. Geanina also supports the Managing Partner's business development activities as his lead business researcher. Fluent in English and Spanish, Geanina holds a University Degree in Finance and Accounting from Artifex University of Bucharest. She is also qualified and certified to conduct the Thomas International System Tools.
	Nora Aczel Head of Research n.aczel@stantonchase.com Nora joined Stanton Chase Bucharest in November 2007. She previously gained experience in human resources within the fast moving consumer goods sector. Nora has an international background in education, having graduated from the Budapest Business School while also receiving a Bachelor’s degree in International Management Studies from the Avans University Breda, in Holland. She is currently pursuing her Master’s Degree in Management and Consulting. Although Nora’s mother tongue is Hungarian, she is also fluent in English, German and speaks operational Italian. 	Aura Karali Researcher a.karali@stantonchase.com Aura, a researcher in the Industrial Practice Group, contributes to the present positioning of Stanton Chase among the big international and local players in Romania’s Industrial and Real Estate markets. Her analytical abilities are focused on conducting successful researches for high end projects by identifying top candidates that match agreed professional criteria. Aura holds a University degree in Foreign Languages and she completed post-graduate studies in Managerial Communications and Human Resources at the National School of Political and Administrative Studies. She is also certified as a Human Resources Inspector and she is fluent in English and French. Her dedication to the Human Resources field allows Aura to further expand professionally. 	Ruxandra Ionescu Researcher r.ionescu@stantonchase.com Ruxandra joined Stanton Chase Bucharest as the Administrator of the database in September 2006. As of January 2007, Ruxandra has primarily focused on the FMCG, retail and pharmaceutical industries, acting as a Researcher for the Consumer Products and Services Practice Group. Her dynamic attitude, innovative ideas and organized and analytical thinking has shaped a new perspective for this practice group. 	Irina Popovici Researcher i.popovici@stantonchase.com A Researcher with Stanton Chase since June 2007, Irina contributes to the thriving development of the Technology Practice Group, thanks in large part to her determination, analytical ability and successful completion of assignments for board members and executive positions. Irina holds a University Degree in Bibliology and the Science of Information from Bucharest University. Fluent in English, she holds an English Certificate from Cambridge University along with a Certificate of Translator authorized by the Romanian Ministry of Culture. Her previous position as a guide at Cotoceni National Museum helped the highly motivated and disciplined Irina develop good communication skills. 	Andra Ilie Financial Controller a.ilie@stantonchase.com Andra joined Stanton Chase Bucharest as a Financial Controller in July 2007. A creative, sociable, communicative and detail-oriented person, Andra is pleased to be a part of the Bucharest team of professionals. 	Daniela Anton Accountant d.anton@stantonchase.com A young and very responsible member of the team, Daniela joined Stanton Chase Bucharest as a financial accountant in June 2007. Daniela is a detail-oriented analytical thinker who approaches all of her business tasks with a global viewpoint. She envisions her position with Stanton Chase International as a challenge to further grow and develop a long-term career in the financial/accountancy field. Enamored with accounting, Daniela has 3 years of professional experience in this field. Currently pursuing a Master's degree in "Accounting, Control and Expertise" at the Academy of Economic Studies, Bucharest, Daniela's already earned a diploma in "Quality Management and Science of Commodities" from the same institution, as well as a Tourism certificate.
	Elena Ciocan Office Assistant e.ciocan@stantonchase.com The newest and youngest member of the Stanton Chase Bucharest team, Elena currently studies Finance and Banking at Romanian American University. Hardworking and very responsible, she started her career with a financial investments services company and holds a Broker Certificate authorized by the Romanian National Securities Commission. A person with excellent interpersonal skills and always open to new perspectives, Elena easily adapts to changing situations associated with large projects. She is also actively involved in the developing the company’s policies and strategies for the highest practice standards.
