Peter started his career in Executive Search in 2000
with Amrop Hever; his move from corporate life
into the exciting search industry, was led by a genuine
interest in different people and cultures. He
joined Stanton Chase as Partner in 2002 and became
Managing Director of the Amsterdam office in 2003.
Prior to his Executive Search role, Peter has accumulated
15 years in International General, Marketing & Sales
management in European and African business,
with a working period of almost 4 years in Malawi in
South East Africa. He has traveled intensively into
Europe, Asia Pacific, Latin America, North America
and Africa.
Peter
started his career in Consumer Marketing & Sales
positions with Numico & Nestlé.
He moved on to Unilever in 1990 and worked with
three subsidiaries in General Management, Marketing & Sales
Jobs in Europe & Africa in Business to
Consumer & Out of Home/Foodservice Markets. He
subsequently gained retail experience with Metro
Cash & Carry
in a Business Strategy Position.
In addition to being a member of the Stanton Chase
Strategy Committee in 2004, Peter has also acted as
the Global Practice Leader for Consumer Products and
Services and as European representative in the Global
Marketing Committee of Stanton Chase. He currently
serves as Regional Vice-President for the Europe, Middle
East and Africa region. He is also a member of the
Life Sciences and Healthcare Practice Group. “I

Peter is happily married with Annette
and has a son and two daughters. His hobbies
are his family, cooking, sports (tennis, squash
and golf), music, reading, traveling and cultures.

of Business Administration from the University of Rotterdam,
The Netherlands. He is fluent in Dutch, English, French
and German.

Floris Jansen
Partner

Floris has been active in Executive Search since 1989.
He has worked in the banking industry (treasury and
commodities business), as well as in advertising and
PR with Publicis, ARA/BBDO and McCann for a wide range
of clients in finance, professional services and a
variety of industries. He made the switch into the
business side for international marketing for Estée
Lauder and in setting up production facilities with
The Body Shop Europe.
He has a broad experience in Executive Search in
production and process industries, trade and professional
services, especially in logistics and transport. He
primarily focuses on positions in board of directors,
functional disciplines or specialists.
Floris has a sincere interest in discovering and
promoting individual talents, characteristics and
ambitions, related to company business opportunities
and needs, within a given company culture. A marketer
at heart, Floris is a non graduate Bachelor of Business
Administration, Newport University, Utrecht. He is
married and has two daughters. His hobbies include
people’s talents, sport (golf, sailing and skiing)
and in particular music as he is actively performing
as drummer within a renowned jazz band.

Global Practice Leader - Financial Services

Peter has accumulated 19 years experience in the
financial services industry working with Bank of America,
Deutsche Bank, Rabobank (DLLIreland), KBC Lease and
ING Lease. He joined executive search in 2003 and specializes
in financial services and professional services. A
partner since May 2003, he is the Global Practice Leader
of the Stanton Chase practice group for Financial Services. He
is also a member of the Professional Services practice
group. Peter has a genuine interest in general business
practices, economics and their impact on human capital,
all main drivers of business.
Bachelor and Master degree of Business Law from University
of Amsterdam.Married, three children. Hobbies are
sports such as golf, skiing, tennis, squash and mountaineering.
Further keen on travel, food and fashion (married
to a professional designer) and reading. Languages:

Ludo Houben
Partner

After an extensive traineeship with Shell in Australia,
Ludo started his career with ABN Amro Bank, subsequently
holding several Marketing and Sales positions. Ludo
started in Executive Search in 1991, with Robert
Walters PLC, an international firm specializing in
finance positions. He founded their Frankfurt office
as Managing Director Germany, having held the same
position in The Netherlands for four years. He moved
to Heidrick & Struggles in 2000, where he was
asked to set-up a new line of business to focus on
positions in the salary range of € 60k to €
135k. Later, this line of business was fully integrated
with the core business of Heidrick & Struggles
and Ludo became a member of their CFO practice.
Ludo joined Stanton Chase Amsterdam in 2003, to focus
on line finance positions in industry, trade and the
services sector. He is also a member of the Industrial, and Natural Resources & Energy
industry practice groups.
He is married to Annick and has 3 children, one daughter
and two sons. His favorite hobbies are horses (driving and mounted),
skiing, golf, tennis and his motor.
Ludo holds a Master’s degree in Business
Administration and speaks fluent Dutch, English, German
and some French.

Carsten de Koning
Partner

Carsten spent most of his 20 year professional
career working in the IT sector. Half of his career
was spent at Getronics were he held various senior
management positions which included international
assignments. Prior to that, he was Sales and Area
Director for Cerg Finance, a French software company
offering Treasury solutions to large corporations
and banks. He started his career with Grolsch USA
and Procter & Gamble.
At Getronics, he initially was a Business Unit
Manager for the Infrastructure business in the
Netherlands and subsequently was appointed as MD
for Datelcom, Datelcare and VAR Networks, three
hardware resellers, as well as MD for Getronics
Logistic Services. He was also MD ad interim of
Cinet, the Scandinavian operations of Getronics.
His last responsibility was Director for Remote
Services and the Enterprise Service Centre of Getronics
in the Netherlands.
Carsten joined Stanton Chase Amsterdam in October
2005. His take on executive search is "The art
of understanding the Client's needs combined with
plain hard work produces results." He holds a Masters
degree in Bedrijfskunde from the Rijksuniversiteit
Groningen and an MBA from INSEAD. Having worked
and studied in the US, France, Denmark and Germany, he is fluent in English, French, Danish and German.
He lives with his wife in The Hague and has two daughters. His wife being an
actress, they love to go to theatre. Otherwise, he is an avid race biker, sailor
and mountain hiker and if time allows, a skier and golfer.

An accomplished professional of the executive search industry, Patricia joined Stanton Chase Amsterdam after having gained a breadth of experience during her time with Ray & Berndtson and Arthur D. Little Global Management Consulting. Her knowledge of strategy consulting, added to her familiarity with Partner searches, renders her an expert in helping consulting, audit and law firms find the ideal candidate for key positions. Motivated by the new challenges brought forth as a result of globalization and demographic changes, Patricia appreciates the rewards associated with being a trusted business partner for clients and candidates alike.

Annemieke Raasveld

Annemieke joined Stanton Chase in 2008 to focus on the Technology and Logistics and Transportation practice groups. After starting her career with one of the most renowned Hotels & Restaurants in Amsterdam, Annemieke spent eight years in various sales positions with Nashuatec and Xerox before moving into the recruitment business with YER Young Executive Recruitment, an international recruitment firm with a focus on mid-career.
At Nashuatec, Annemieke worked as an Account Manager for a host of major local accounts. After three years with this company, she moved to Dubai for a year and a half, where she worked for a local recruitment and training office, her first professional experience in the executive search industry. Upon her return to the Netherlands, Annemieke chose to further expand her sales career and joined Xerox as a Corporate Account Manager. Always with a genuine interest in people, their career wishes and motivations, she continued her career in the search and selection business and started working for YER Young Executive Recruitment in 2001. Annemieke spent her first five years as a Consultant with a strong focus on sales and marketing positions in the ICT sector before becoming a Managing Consultant within this same area of expertise.
Annemieke holds a Bachelor degree of Economics and speaks fluent Dutch, English, French and Spanish. She is keen on bringing clients and candidates together in mutual content and is eager to assist both parties in fulfilling their needs.

Dolf Royaards

Dolf joined Stanton Chase Amsterdam in 2008 to strenghten the fast-growing Financial Services practice group. He began his career in the financial services as a management trainee with Bank Mees & Hope. Dolf has also worked for Delta Lloyd Insurances and AMEV (Fortis ASR) Life Insurances. He was responsible for selling the portfolio through independent intermediairies and Banks.
After 10 years in financial services, Dolf switched to the IT-sector with financial services as a key client channel. Working for Dallas-based EDS, a worlwide leader in the outsourcing business, Dolf was the director for business development Finance in the Netherlands and Scandinavia. He has also worked for the French leasing company ECS (fully owned by Banque Société Générale), where he started their new Dutch susidiary. Dolf also spent time as director strategic sales Finance and member of the Dutch Management Team with Getronics PinkRoccad. His last position was director/shareholder of Escrow Europe BV, which was bought by NCC Group Plc. Dolf has gained extensive experience with HRM issues and in working with executive search and recruitment. Fostering long-term business relationships based on tailormade solutions for his clients has been Dolf’s ultimate goal throughout his career.
Dolf is married to Carolyn, lives in Naarden and has three sons and one daughter. His hobbies include visiting Art and Antiques exhibitions and auctions, playing golf and rallies with his TVR Griffith.

Vincent Thunnissen

Vincent has been active in Executive Search since 1992, when he joined the
Amsterdam office of international executive search organization Amrop Hever,
initially working in Research, but quickly moving into a Consultant role on
senior-level recruitment projects in a wide range of industries. Vincent's
primary search experience is in Consumer Products and Services and in Financial
Services. He has also worked extensively in Professional Services (in particular
in Logistics), Industrial and Technology. He joined Stanton
Chase as Senior Consultant in 2004.
Vincent feels particularly challenged to find candidates who not only fit the
professional profile clients are looking for, but whose personal profiles as
individuals also suit the client company's particular 'way of being'.
Vincent holds a Master's Degree in English Language and Literature from the Universities of Groningen, The Netherlands, and Nottingham, UK. In addition to
Dutch and English, he speaks French and German and has some (reading) knowledge
of Spanish, Portuguese and Italian.
His hobbies are (classical) music, sports (swimming), reading (not surprisingly,
he's a keen reader of biographies), cinema and current affairs.

Stephanie Binning
Senior Consultant

Stephanie started her career as a Geologist in the
UK in 1993. After a trip around the world she
switched to a more people-oriented and commercial career
and worked for several companies including AstraZeneca.
She started in executive search in 1998 at Nicholson
International as a Researcher before moving on
to Robert Walters as Consultant, specializing in Senior
Finance positions across all industry sectors.
Stephanie joined Stanton Chase Amsterdam in September
2006 focusing on Industrial markets.
She has a degree in Chemistry and Geology from Leeds
University in the UK and has lived in Germany, Israel,
Australia and New Zealand
before moving to the Netherlands in 1998.
She lives in Amsterdam with her partner and two children
and enjoys walking, tennis, yoga, cooking and
entertaining. Stephanie speaks fluent
English and Dutch and has a good knowledge of
German.

Anouk Snel
Senior Consultant

Anouk joined Stanton Chase Amsterdam as a Senior Consultant in 2008 and has been active in Executive Search since 1996, when she joined Nicholson International in Amsterdam as a Researcher. She became Head of Research shortly thereafter before being asked, together with three colleagues, to establish Harvey Nash in The Netherlands.
During her five years at Harvey Nash Anouk moved to the position of Consultant, specializing in the technology sector as well as technology positions across all industry sectors. She then moved to A.T. Kearney Executive Search as Senior Consultant focusing on senior management positions in technology, industry and professional services. Anouk subsequently joined ABN AMRO as Manager of the Graduate Recruitment Department, where she gained corporate experience in financial services.
Anouk has a sincere interest in organizational cultures and holds a Masters degree in Culture, Organization and Management from the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam. She speaks fluent Dutch and English and has good knowledge of French and German.

Jolanda van den Berg

After finishing her studies in 1993, Jolanda spent a year working on a European Commission project in Bucharest, Romania. Upon her return to Amsterdam, she joined Yacht IT before moving to Randstad, where she held several account and senior sales management roles in the Financial Services sector. Her entrepreneurial spirit then convinced her to start her own business in real estate, building a network of four offices in Amsterdam.
Jolanda eventually sold her company and decided to switch to the search industry joining Young Executive Recruitment in 2005, where she was active as a key account manager and Managing Consultant responsible for several large banking institutions. Her focus was primarily on senior financial professionals in wholesale, private banking and the real estate sector. She joined Stanton Chase in May 2008 as a Senior Consultant in the Financial Services team. Jolanda is keen on establishing long-term client relationships and bringing client and candidate together.
Jolanda holds a Master’s degree in Organization and Policy from Amsterdam University and speaks fluent Dutch and English with a good understanding of German and French. Her partner is a music composer and they have 3 children. Her hobbies are travelling, cooking, architecture and music
