Minori Shimono

Minori received his BA in Commerce from Keiko University . He joined Stanton Chase International after a 20-year career in the computer industry. As a previous Director and Manager of marketing and sales throughout his career with NCR Japan and NCR Corporation, he offers clients interpersonal relationships counsel and innovative business advice based on his global experiences.

Recently, he has focused on the business development of General Management search in major Japanese domestic companies. His approach is careful and considered when there is a need for hiring executives from other countries. Such was the case when he successfully placed the president of Daiei Inc. in April 2005.

Minako Takeuchi

Minako has extensive technical and management experience in the IT sector. She worked for NEC, one of the largest computer and communication distributors and systems integrators for 20 years. While at NEC, she accumulated 10 years experience working for the Human Resource Development and Training division. Her IT career includes another 10 years of experience as a project manager, IT consultant and director of the System Integration division.

Minako's experience enables her to understand client needs and issues as well as candidate qualifications. She imparts confidence during client consultations and gains trust as a result of her previous work experience. She remains focused on new business approaches for global companies and provides HR solutions that are tailored to specific candidate criteria.

Hisami Matsumoto

Hisami Matsumoto joined the Tokyo office of Stanton Chase after 23 years in the IT sector. She worked for one of the largest semiconductor companies, Renesas Electronics (formerly NEC Electronics), for 9 years as marketing and business development manager of mobile phone systems for domestic and overseas markets. Before joining the semiconductor group, she served at NEC in public relations, where she was promoted to manager and developed NEC’s first intranet for employees. Hisami also gained experience in recruiting foreign researchers and specialists while a member of the company’s human resources division. Her IT career includes experience as a system integrator providing chain store management for clients in the retail sector and network solution services for network operators.

Born in Singapore, raised in Beograd and in Manila, Hisami is fluent in Japanese and English. She graduated from University of Tokyo, majoring Western History.
