Harry HanManaging Partner Harry has been in Executive Search since 1994 and was formerly the President and Representative Director of AMROP International's executive search operations in Korea, where he conducted and led continuous executive search assignments for international companies for more than four years. For over eleven years, he directed the Human Resources departments of Bayer Korea and Glaxo Wellcome Korea and has over nine years of search experience in AMROP. James KimChief Consultant James' past professional experience includes more than 12 years with the sales and marketing divisions of global IT companies IBM and Oracle. He also worked for Kosdaq companies Daum solution, C&C Enterprise and Hauri, where he acted as a Senior Managing Director for nine years. Prior to joining Stanton Chase Seoul, James spent two years as President and Partner of the global sector of a large local executive search company. James has developed particular expertise in finding the ideal candidate to fill senior-level positions. He graduated from Seoul National University with a major in Metallurgy.
