Ivo, a Swiss national, has been living in Asia since 1982. In 1999 he founded Xecutive Group Limited and is President and CEO.

In 2007, Xecutive became the exclusive Stanton Chase Partner for Greater China, operating from three regional offices in Hong Kong, Shanghai and Beijing and with plans to further expand into Taiwan and Singapore. In the same year, Mediazone ranked Xecutive for the 3rd consecutive year among Hong Kong's Most Valuable Companies 2007.

Before establishing Stanton Chase Greater China (previously operating as Xecutive), Ivo was Country Head, Executive Search & Selection Greater China, with PA Consulting Group. He is also a certified user of SHL and Cubiks' PAPI psychometric assessment tools. He held several senior management, sales and marketing positions in a broad spectrum of industries including fast moving consumer goods, luxury goods, pharmaceuticals and healthcare, building materials and machinery systems for various manufacturing industries.

Ivo's extensive knowledge of Asia combined with his broad experience in a diverse range of industries and senior line functions enable him to advise Stanton Chase clients on all relevant aspects of managing businesses in Asia and their implications towards key executive appointments.

Born and raised in Switzerland, Ivo speaks German, French and English. He graduated from the Swiss Federal School of Commerce, and majored in Marketing and Economics at IMD Switzerland. His wife is Hong Kong born and they have together two sons.

Ivo is Director of the SwissCham Hong Kong, member of the American, French, German and Italian Chambers of Commerce and Associate of the Chamber of Hong Kong Listed Companies.

Prior to joining Stanton Chase, Alex was Managing Partner/Director of Boyden HK & Shanghai. Alex entered the executive search profession in 1980, when he joined a UK based firm which soon appointed him as a Partner. His subsequent three years in Canada witnessed the continued success of his executive search career, where he recruited Chief Executive Officers, Chief Financial Officers, Managing Directors, as well as functional specialists in retail, IT, insurance, manufacturing and energy. Alex then joined Boyden HK, in 1990, where he rapidly progressed from Search Consultant to Managing Director.

Over the years, Alex has established an unsurpassed track record in the recruitment of top level positions in a variety of functional areas, from different industries and locations across Asia Pacific. His multi-industry expertise covers the consumer products and services, manufacturing, retail, apparel and industrial sectors.

Born and raised in Hong Kong, Alex speaks fluent English and Chinese. He received his Bachelor's and Master's degrees from the University of Wisconsin in the United States. Alex is also an experienced public speaker, frequently guest speaking at various conferences and academic institutions. He is a Fellow Member of Hong Kong Institute of Public Management.

Brian Crossley

Brian brings more than 30 years of extensive experience in the logistics, transportation & supply chain management industries to Stanton Chase. He has lived and worked in Hong Kong since 1985 and began his professional career in 1970 with the Lep Group UK [now Agility] holding various senior management positions. In 1985 he took an opportunity to broaden his commercial experience and became a Branch Manager within Lep HK.

Within a short period of time he rose to the position of Executive Director for HK/China, resulting in him gaining valuable experience in the fast developing China market. Having completed some 27 continuous years with the Lep Group, Brian subsequently held senior management positions with both Benair Freight HK and GAC HK along with a further spell at Geologistics as Vice President of Sales and Marketing.

Brian's extensive knowledge of Asia combined with his unique combination of commercial and international experience enables him to advise Stanton Chase clients on all relevant aspects of managing businesses, particularly within the logistics and transportation / supply chain management industries. Brian is a former executive committee member of HAFFA [1992/1997] and was admitted as a Fellow of the UK institute of freight forwarders [now BIFA] in 1980.

Jean-Benoit Kaeppelin

Jean-Benoit has over 25 years of international experience in operational and human resources management and joined his present company in 2002. After a career in the Foreign Affairs Ministry, Jean-Benoit joined the LVMH group in 1977, taking up senior management assignments in several group companies including Christian Dior, Lacroix, Givenchy as Regional Director Asia Pacific, Managing Director of several business units in Europe and Asia and, as of 1990, the role as International Director.

He then joined the Holding company of the LVMH group as Director of Development of the organisations. Two years later, he was appointed Vice President of Human Resources of LVMH group for Asia Pacific, based in Hong Kong.

During this period, Jean-Benoit built up solid management experience in the consumer goods industry and conducted major restructuring projects worldwide including the organizational development for recruitment of senior managers, international mobility, coaching and compensation and benefits programs.

A French national, Jean-Benoit graduated from the Institute of International and Diplomatic Affairs, the Institute for Foreign Trade (Institut Supérieur du Commerce Extérieur in Paris) and majored at the INSEAD (Fontainebleau) in Paris. He speaks French, English, German, Spanish, Italian, Dutch and Arabic. He has been appointed Advisor to the French Government for Export Trade for the last 15 years.

Kevin Moore

A Chartered Engineer, Kevin joined Stanton Chase in 2007 and currently leads the technology practice in Hong Kong and China. Kevin is a technology specialist with previous experience in management consultancy, IT and oil industry engineering.

Prior to joining executive search, Meehee was the General Manager, North Asia for a wireless solutions provider. She's also acted as the Managing Director Korea where she combined her knowledge of sales & marketing and general management to bring into being a successful team.

Prior to joining Stanton Chase KC established his own company to trade and counsel strategic and financial plans for companies in China. He began his career as a corporate credit and marketing officer with JP Morgan Chase Bank in Singapore. KC later joined UBS AG in Singapore and Taiwan as a private banking marketing officer and representative respectively. After his financial and business exposure in Taiwan, he came to Hong Kong as the North Asia regional manager for JP Morgan Private Bank.

KC has had a diversified professional career covering the financial and industrial sectors in Asia. One of his most successful career achievements was to build and develop the private banking business for Dao Heng Bank (Hong Kong) Limited from ground zero, and reform it into one of the best private banks in Hong Kong and Asia (based on a survey done by Euromoney.) Dao Heng Bank was later renamed as DBS Bank (Hong Kong) Limited.

KC was born, raised and educated in Malaysia where he earned a Bachelor's Degree, with honors, in Physics. He then graduated with two Master's Degrees from two universities in the United States, including an MBA in Finance and International Business from the University of Washington in Seattle. KC speaks fluent English, Chinese (Mandarin, Cantonese and Hokkien) and Malay.

Sylvia Zuercher

Sylvia has been living in Hong Kong since 1984. She started her professional career in 1973 and previously held senior positions in sales, marketing, and management in various fields, both in Hong Kong and the Philippines.

In 1984 Sylvia relocated to Hong Kong to take up the position as Consultant of a marketing, consulting and research company. In 1987, she joined Far East Media Hong Kong as Sales Manager, focusing on the Retail Industry.

Sylvia subsequently took up the role of General Manager with a Swiss trading company engaged in the export and import business. In 1992, the company was acquired by Asia Network Limited, where she continued her previous activities. Sylvia had gained extensive experience in various fields prior to joining executive search business in 2001.

At Stanton Chase Hong Kong, Sylvia is specializing in the areas of Industrial, Consumer Products and Services, and Technology. Linda Yau

Linda, a veteran marketer, brand architect and sales driver for multinationals like IBM , PCCW , Walt Disney and Warner Bros, has over twenty years experience in business development, sales and marketing and general management. Her extensive experience with major multinationals has given her a deep understanding of international corporate culture, its standards, objectives and demands on senior executives.

After working for more than 20 years with some of the world's biggest brands, Linda started Face Forward Limited specializing in helping Chinese companies integrate into the global business environment and assisting international corporations in building a presence in China. Linda was able to bring to her clients a fresh perspective on organizational innovation, from brand enhancement to marketing communications and market development strategies.

With a mature result oriented personality and speaking three languages (English, Cantonese and Putonghua), Linda is demonstrated by awards and achievements in her career path . She is passionate about developing relationships and networks with local associations and regional chambers, and contributing her expertise in branding, business and talent development to these organizations.

Lawrence M. F. Chan

Before joining Stanton Chase, Lawrence, with his Information Technology and Business Process Outsourcing knowledge and vast experience in the Asia Pacific region, was appointed as the Asia Pac Business Affairs and Business Development Director for VIPConnectz (USA), an international company engaged in Internet Protocol services. VIPConnectz was able to generate gross online sales of US $1.6 million in the first 4 months of operations from South America and Asia markets through these efforts.

Lawrence previously held various senior management positions including Regional Director for Eagle Holdings International (USA) and General Manager of iFreedom Communications Hong Kong, a subsidiary of iFreedom Communications International, which was acquired by Eagle Holdings in the later part of 2006. Both companies are involved in Voice over Internet Protocol services and direct selling.

Prior to these, Lawrence was the President and General Manager of Nice Concepts Limited, a Hong Kong company engaged in entertainment, advertising and publishing that caters to the Overseas Filipino Workers based in Hong Kong, Macau and Singapore.

Lawrence began his professional career in 1990 and quickly rose from the ranks because of his early exposure and experience in different divisions of many companies (i.e. Accounting, Operations, HR, Logistics, Sales and Marketing, Management, and Business Development).

He gained his rich experience working with various multinationals like Pepsi-Cola, BASF, Bayer, Procter & Gamble, Unilever, Coca-Cola, Eastman-Kodak and Intel, when he was the Senior Product Representative for Chemrez (Philippine listed bio-fuel manufacturing firm) and First In Chemicals, both of which are part of the D&L Group, one of the Philippines’ leading manufacturer and supplier of various world class brands of chemicals and raw materials to multinationals. As a result of his performance in this assigned work, he was rewarded with the world renowned Dale Carnegie scholarship where he later finished additional training in Communication Skills, Salesmanship, Business and Organizational Leadership.

Lawrence was promoted to the position of Senior Consultant at Stanton Chase International (Greater China) and is actively providing Executive Search and management consultancy for clients in the Technology, Industrial and Consumer / Retail related sectors.

Miranda Cheung

Miranda began her career in the executive search industry in early 2005, by joining Xecutive Group Hong Kong in the capacity of Research Associate. Prior to joining the executive search profession, Ms. Cheung worked for several years in fast moving consumer goods (FMCG) as a Sales & Marketing Specialist.


During this period, Miranda has been engaged in a variety of executive search mandates, covering middle to senior management roles for a diverse range of industry sectors including Industrial, Consumer & Retail (incl. Luxury & Lifestyle), Logistics and Transportation as well as Life Science & Health Care. Miranda has assisted in numerous successful placements and was consequently promoted to Senior Research Associate.
