Sanjay R ShastryPrincipal Consultant (General Manager) Sanjay believes in the three P's; Passion, Perseverance and People as the mantra to any success. Sanjay joined Stanton Chase after spending almost a decade and a half in the corporate world. In a predominant sales career Sanjay has learned irrevocably that relationships play a crucial role for any partnership to fructify. Be it with a small retailer on the street or a power producing behemoth, Sanjay has always built the trust that is so crucial to finally clinch the deal. Through his career, he has connected with Presidents/CEOs or Managing Directors of many companies. Sanjay spent almost a decade with ExxonMobil, an Oil & Gas Industry leader in their down stream division in various capacities in segments ranging from Power, Industrial Sales, Automotive and Industrial OEMs. He also has automotive retail experience from working with Castrol, now a brand of BP and institutional sales experience in Kirloskar Systems. In Executive Search, Sanjay is committed to understanding the job as much as a client does before even making the first call to the prospective candidate. Sanjay is an avid space science and wildlife enthusiast and one amongst the millions in India who is passionate about cricket. Sanjay is an engineer and a management graduate. Ajay Singh ShekhawatSenior Consultant Ajay has over nine years of experience in the corporate world, predominantly in the real estate and luxury goods sectors. He began his professional career in Business Development with a luxury goods group in Austria. Ajay spent over five years with the company and was instrumental in setting up their Pan-India operations. His cross-industry experience has translated into strong business acumen and a deep understanding of various industries and their functioning. Having triumphed in a multiple-priority, deadline-intensive setting has skilled Ajay to demonstrate leadership abilities and to inspire productive, cohesive and enthusiastic teams.
