Sanjay R ShastryRegional Vice President, Asia/Pacific Sanjay joined Stanton Chase in late 2004 after more than a decade in the corporate world. His past experience primarily spans the down stream oil industry, having worked for Castrol (now bp) and Esso/ExxonMobil. Sanjay worked on numerous sales and business development assignments in the B2B and B2C domains including Power, Industrial and Automotive OEMs sectors of the industry. Sanjay set up the Delhi office of Stanton Chase ground up and has since led the office on several successful senior leadership hiring assignments. While he has consulted for both Indian and foreign multinational companies across all domains of the industry, he has sector expertise in the Industrial and Oil and Gas verticals. Ajay Singh ShekhawatSenior Consultant Ajay has over nine years of experience in the corporate world, predominantly in the real estate and luxury goods sectors. He began his professional career in Business Development with a luxury goods group in Austria. Ajay spent over five years with the company and was instrumental in setting up their Pan-India operations. His cross-industry experience has translated into strong business acumen and a deep understanding of various industries and their functioning. Having triumphed in a multiple-priority, deadline-intensive setting has skilled Ajay to demonstrate leadership abilities and to inspire productive, cohesive and enthusiastic teams.
