Ivo A. HahnGlobal Practice Leader - Financial Services Ivo, a Swiss national, has been living in Asia since 1982. In 1999 he founded Xecutive Group Limited and is President and CEO. In 2007, Xecutive became the exclusive Stanton Chase Partner for Greater China, operating from three regional offices in Hong Kong, Shanghai and Beijing and with plans to further expand into Taiwan and Singapore. In the same year, Mediazone ranked Xecutive for the 3rd consecutive year among Hong Kong's Most Valuable Companies 2007. Before establishing Stanton Chase Greater China (previously operating as Xecutive), Ivo was Country Head, Executive Search & Selection Greater China, with PA Consulting Group. He is also a certified user of SHL and Cubiks' PAPI psychometric assessment tools. He held several senior management, sales and marketing positions in a broad spectrum of industries including fast moving consumer goods, luxury goods, pharmaceuticals and healthcare, building materials and machinery systems for various manufacturing industries. Ivo's extensive knowledge of Asia combined with his broad experience in a diverse range of industries and senior line functions enable him to advise Stanton Chase clients on all relevant aspects of managing businesses in Asia and their implications towards key executive appointments. Born and raised in Switzerland, Ivo speaks German, French and English. He graduated from the Swiss Federal School of Commerce, and majored in Marketing and Economics at IMD Switzerland. His wife is Hong Kong born and they have together two sons. Ivo is Director of the SwissCham Hong Kong, member of the American, French, German and Italian Chambers of Commerce and Associate of the Chamber of Hong Kong Listed Companies. Jean-Benoit KaeppelinManaging Director Jean-Benoit has over 25 years of international experience in operational and human resources management and joined his present company in 2002. After a career in the Foreign Affairs Ministry, Jean-Benoit joined the LVMH group in 1977, taking up senior management assignments in several group companies including Christian Dior, Lacroix, Givenchy as Regional Director Asia Pacific, Managing Director of several business units in Europe and Asia and, as of 1990, the role as International Director. He then joined the Holding company of the LVMH group as Director of Development of the organisations. Two years later, he was appointed Vice President of Human Resources of LVMH group for Asia Pacific, based in Hong Kong. During this period, Jean-Benoit built up solid management experience in the consumer goods industry and conducted major restructuring projects worldwide including the organizational development for recruitment of senior managers, international mobility, coaching and compensation and benefits programs. A French national, Jean-Benoit graduated from the Institute of International and Diplomatic Affairs, the Institute for Foreign Trade (Institut Supérieur du Commerce Extérieur in Paris) and majored at the INSEAD (Fontainebleau) in Paris. Andrew LamAssociate Consultant Prior to joining Stanton Chase International in Beijing as an associate consultant, Andrew has worked in the executive search industry for more than 4 years with a track record that spans a wide range of practices. Upon graduation, Andrew went to Hong Kong in pursuit of a career in this rapidly-growing metropolis and took up a role at one of the leading regional search firms, Bo Le Associates. He was offered a platform to execute recruitment mandates and confer with middle-level to senior professionals including C-levels, regional heads, functional heads and GM’s. At the peak of the financial tsunami, he was recruited by BGC Group, a Singapore-based recruitment firm, to establish their new office in Hong Kong as the only local hire. In 2010, Andrew became the Business Manager of Bordaus International, a global precious metals & raw materials trading company. Born in Hong Kong and educated in Canada, Andrew obtained his Bachelor Degree from the University of British Columbia, with a major in psychology and minor in economics. Ge QiaoSearch Director Ge, the Chief Representative for Stanton Chase Beijing, has more than seven years of executive search experience in China. Before moving to Beijing in January 2007, Ge was a Search Director with Stanton Chase Shanghai. She previously held a position as a Senior Consultant for Integer Consulting. Her extensive executive search background has resulted in numerous searches for a vast array of multinational clients in a number of industries, including industrial manufacturing, consumer, and retail. Over the past four years, Ge's focus has centred on the industrial manufacturing, automotive, and energy sectors. She has successfully positioned functional leaders for industrial manufacturing and consumer clients, with a specific focus on disciplines such as general management, business development, finance, marketing, production, sales and human resources. Grace GuanConsultant Grace has been working as an executive consultant since 2008. Her main areas of focus include Consumer/Retail, Industrial, Energy and Professional Service sectors. Prior in embarking on her executive search career, she worked 8 years in corporate as a financial professional. Her last position was Credit Manager at Akzo Nobel, a multinational chemical company. After gaining 8 years of work experience with Fortune 500 multinational companies, Grace started recruiting in 2008 and has built a strong network of contacts ranging from middle to senior levels. Grace WangSenior Consultant Grace has worked in the executive search field for over six years. Her early career was as an assistant merchandiser in a fashion trading company in Guangzhou. Grace later joined a famous local executive search firm, where she gained an abundance of valuable search skills and resources in manufacturing, which made a good foundation for her later outstanding performance with two additional leading multinational search firms in Shanghai and Beijing. Hervé CaylaSearch Director Hervé joined Stanton Chase International as Search Director with over 30 years of international operational experience in China. He has been living in the country for the last 18 years. In 1996 he joined France Telecom Orange in China. Hervé was the General Manager of a Joint-Venture company with a Chinese telecom operator, investing in their mobile network in the Guangdong province. In 2000 he took over the responsibility as Chief Representative of the Group in China. He managed and developed the France Telecom strategy in China. In 2004 Hervé was CEO of France Telecom and set-up a Research and Development Center. He left the France Telecom Orange Group in 2009 to create his own consulting company in Beijing. Simultaneously, he joined an executive search firm as Partner and Director of the Beijing Office. Prior to France Telecom, Hervé was the International Director of a French engineering company for ten years and developed industrial projects in Japan, Taiwan, Korea and China where he set-up an office in Wuhan in 1993. At the beginning of his career he worked two years in Africa as a mathematics teacher. Hervé then worked for ten years as manager of an engineering department with Citroen. The department was in charge of developing overseas automotive manufacturing projects, mainly in China, Asia and Africa. Hervé has extensive operational experience in developing business and trans-cultural management in China. He gives particular attention to human resources aspects. This includes the recruitment process of top managers and putting in place motivation, retention A French national, Hervé graduated from École Centrale, a top engineering French university, and Centre des Hautes Études de l'Armement (CHEAr, the highest French Ministry of Defense School for business and strategy).
