Ivo A. HahnManaging Director Greater China Ivo, a Swiss national, has been living in Asia since 1982. In 1999 he founded Xecutive Group Limited and is President and CEO. In 2007, Xecutive became the exclusive Stanton Chase Partner for Greater China, operating from three regional offices in Hong Kong, Shanghai and Beijing and with plans to further expand into Taiwan and Singapore. In the same year, Mediazone ranked Xecutive for the 3rd consecutive year among Hong Kong's Most Valuable Companies 2007. Before establishing Stanton Chase Greater China (previously operating as Xecutive), Ivo was Country Head, Executive Search & Selection Greater China, with PA Consulting Group. He is also a certified user of SHL and Cubiks' PAPI psychometric assessment tools. He held several senior management, sales and marketing positions in a broad spectrum of industries including fast moving consumer goods, luxury goods, pharmaceuticals and healthcare, building materials and machinery systems for various manufacturing industries. Ivo's extensive knowledge of Asia combined with his broad experience in a diverse range of industries and senior line functions enable him to advise Stanton Chase clients on all relevant aspects of managing businesses in Asia and their implications towards key executive appointments. Born and raised in Switzerland, Ivo speaks German, French and English. He graduated from the Swiss Federal School of Commerce, and majored in Marketing and Economics at IMD Switzerland. His wife is Hong Kong born and they have together two sons. Ivo is Director of the SwissCham Hong Kong, member of the American, French, German and Italian Chambers of Commerce and Associate of the Chamber of Hong Kong Listed Companies. Ge QiaoSearch Director Ge, the Chief Representative for Stanton Chase Beijing, has more than seven years of executive search experience in China. Before moving to Beijing in January 2007, Ge was a Search Director with Stanton Chase Shanghai. She previously held a position as a Senior Consultant for Integer Consulting. Her extensive executive search background has resulted in numerous searches for a vast array of multinational clients in a number of industries, including industrial manufacturing, consumer, and retail. Over the past four years, Ge's focus has centred on the industrial manufacturing, automotive, and energy sectors. She has successfully positioned functional leaders for industrial manufacturing and consumer clients, with a specific focus on disciplines such as general management, business development, finance, marketing, production, sales and human resources. Ge Qiao holds a Bachelor's degree in Science and a Master's degree in Scientific and Technological Philosophy from Beijing Normal University. She is also a highly qualified, state-acknowledged, German translator. In view of that, Ge has worked as a professional translator and interpreter for clients such as Siemens, Allianz and other German multinationals. Philippe RobbeSearch Director Philippe has over 25 years of international experience in operational management, sales and marketing. He started his career at Thomson-Brandt Group before joining LVMH Group in 1979, taking up senior management assignments including Christian Dior and Loewe. He became Regional Director of Parfums Christian Dior Asia in 1984 where he launched and managed the regional subsidiary for Parfums Christian Dior in Singapore, which was the operational platform for ASEAN countries. After a successful management career at Parfums Christian Dior, Philippe was offered the position of General Manager Asia-Pacific for Loewe, a Spanish leather goods company acquired by LVMH. During this period, Philippe acquired solid management experience in the consumer goods industry with extensive knowledge of brand management and retailing in the Asia Pacific region. His extensive knowledge of business opportunities and management practices in Asia Pacific, combined with his excellent understanding of intercultural aspects, enables Philippe to assist European companies in their professional development in this region. A French national, Philippe attained a MBA in sales and marketing at a Paris International business school. He also majored at the CEDEP (INSEAD Fontainebleau) in France. Bernard SalmonSearch Director Bernard joins Stanton Chase with over 30 years of international experience in the fields of manufacturing and engineering. He began his career in process and engineering production in France before joining Rhone-Poulenc Pharma (now Sanofi Aventis) as Head of Investment Services in 1985. His thirst for new challenges motivated him to move to the United States where he accepted a number of senior positions in the agricultural business and industrial science areas. In 2000, Bernard accepted the position of Head of Industrial Operations for Aventis CropScience China (now Bayer CropScience China) and moved to Shanghai. He successfully set up and managed the industrial platform by contributing and sharing his extensive knowledge of organizing new industrial facilities and implementing sound production principles, including safety and quality standards. A French national, Bernard studied in France and has two engineering degrees, in Chemistry and Chemical Engineering, as well as an MBA in Management from the Institut Français de Gestion. Haiyun ZhaoSearch Director Haiyun, a Search Director with Stanton Chase Beijing, has nine years of experience within China’s executive search industry. Before joining Stanton Chase International, Haiyun was the Director of Search Bank, a global network of retainer-based search firms in Beijing. She began her career as a researcher with an international executive search firm, where she gained in-depth knowledge of the business, as well as search expertise. Gradually developing through learning and practice, she has built long-term partnerships with clients and earned their trust. She shares the same vision for business as her clients and she works closely with them to reach their targets. Haiyun has a successful track record of placing senior executive-level and mid-level experts in a range of industries. Information technology, hi-tech, industrial companies and the media are her main focus in China. A sincere and trustworthy individual, Haiyun values integrity in her professional career and her personal life, and has a passion for both.
