Jay was one of the early birds to offer Executive Search Consulting in the city of Bangalore, starting way back in 1990. He was the start-up leader for Stanton Chase India in Bangalore when he moved in along with the promoting team during the year of 1999. He was instrumental in setting up the initial platform for technology searches, which is the mainstay of Stanton Chase’s offerings in the city of Bangalore. Jay specializes in appointing leadership teams, particularly Country Managers, Center Directors for global R&D centers and CEOs facing India markets for reputed global technology companies and leading Indian software companies. He was indeed one of the first to propagate the concept of "reverse-brain-drain," which involves identifying and attracting globally located Indian managerial and engineering talent for positions based in India.
He has a deep understanding of candidate availability, research processes and rolodex of key leaders in technology space, who in turn would lend their opinion, expertise and contacts to him. Jay is viewed as an affable, highly reliable and a confidential sounding board by many senior candidates in the city of Bangalore. He is invariably invited for searches because he knows how to relate to candidates and how to make them listen to his views. Jay is viewed as a thoroughbred professional who would be fully prepared with all the clients and the job related information and present the case as is where is. He now has 22 years of consulting and executive search experience, 14 of which is with Stanton Chase and all of which is in the city of Bangalore - making him almost a permanent fixture in the important forums relating to the technology sector. Before his baptism into executive search space, he had a useful stint in the early stage of career with Wipro and BEL in Human Resource Departments. He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce and is a renowned Bangalore protagonist who often is found airing his views in the media on corporate and social subjects with equal élan.

After a long and successful career in Business Development & Operations at a Motorola subsidiary, a transition into executive search consulting only seemed logical. Leveraging his long term relationships built over many years and working "hand in glove" with key stakeholders in large conglomerates, he has an impressive track record of high net worth appointments.
As an Engineer in electronics, he has a keen understanding and appreciation of business involving high-end design and manufacturing capabilities. He has partnered effectively with clients like GE with multiple business portfolios in hiring professionals with diverse complex engineering backgrounds. A strong advocate and practitioner of "Diversity" in corporate structures, he has helped to shape industry opinion on the matter.
Effective and time bound, he has innovated successful search strategies, which have earned him a good reputation from clients with complex businesses. He passionately promotes vegetarianism and has interest in keeping abreast of financial and stock markets trends.

Priya is a very well known industry figure in Bangalore. As the head of Corporate Practice, her focus with Stanton Chase Bangalore is to implement a non IT focus in a completely IT-oriented city. A member of Stanton Chase International’s Business Excellence Committee, Priya has also played a large role in establishing its Global Diversity Practice. She has successfully led Chief Executive Officer level search assignments for a diverse selection of companies in India.
Prior to joining Stanton Chase, Priya had over 19 years of experience in the service industry covering credit cards with Diners Club, and business centers with Diners Business Services (DBS). In her last assignment, she had dual responsibilities as General Manager, DBS Corporate Services, and Regional Manager - Asia for Alliance Business Centers Network, USA, during which she interacted with hundreds of leading corporate and multinational companies setting-up in Bangalore. Priya, a seasoned industry specialist, was responsible for the set up, operations, marketing and profitability of one of the largest and most well known business centers in India. She has also provided thought leadership, high brand recall, and strategic impetus to the group. Priya is also on the Marketing Committee of the Office Business Center Association International, the worldwide business center trade body in the USA.
Priya was conferred the Indira Gandhi Priyadarshini Award for Excellence in 1997, and was also recognized for her achievements by the Guild of Women Achievers in 2000. In 2004, she was selected by the British Government for the prestigious Chevening Scholarship for Women in Leadership and Management in the UK. Active in various business groups, Priya was the previous Chairperson of the Indo American Chamber of Commerce (IACC), Karnataka, and was recently elected to the National Executive Council of the IACC, the first woman to hold either of these positions. In addition to being the Founder-Chair of the IACC’s Women’s Business Council, Convener of the CII Women’s Business Leadership Forum and a Charter Member of TiE, Priya has been nominated to the Advisory Council of Common Purpose, India. A columnist in her spare time, she is also a regular speaker on Women's Leadership at industry and company fora.
An outstanding student and a National Merit Scholar, Priya holds a Bachelor of Arts, as well as postgraduate degrees in Marketing Management and in Public Relations.
