After only three years on the Swedish market, Stanton Chase Stockholm is now ranked among the top five executive search firms in Sweden.
The largest local business magazine, Veckans Affärer, annually publishes a list of the top 10 executive search firms in Sweden. The survey is conducted among the largest companies that use executive search services. Several members of the management team receive questionnaires covering topics such as the level of confidence, client focus, competence and the results of different executive search firms, as well as the likelihood of hiring them in the near future.
According to this year’s survey, Stanton Chase Stockholm had made the biggest progress compared to last year, climbing from the 11th to the 5th position.
The Stanton Chase office was established in Stockholm in 2006, by two experienced executives: Jacqueline Winberg and Nina Linander. With hard work and devotion, the business has expanded and gained market share. Today, the office holds a team of five and covers all areas such as Financial Services, Technology, Consumer Products and Services, Life Sciences and Healthcare, Natural Resources and Energy as well as Logistics and Transportation.
This could be an indicator of a growing trend for clients to favour smaller search teams, with a well known and well connected group of consultants, who can offer a greater dedication to the client and to the assignments and thereby guaranteeing a better quality of executive search.
