Stanton Chase International is increasing its global service coverage with the opening of three new offices in Europe and the Middle East. The new offices are located in Brussels, Lisbon and Doha and will meet the executive search needs of corporations in those markets.
Stanton Chase has increased its number of international offices by nearly 10 per cent in the past two years, despite the challenges of the global economy. This strategic pattern of growth reflects the ongoing success of the Stanton Chase service model for global executive search.
With this expansion, Stanton Chase increases its locations to 70 offices in 43 countries, offering services in Asia Pacific, Europe, the Middle East and Africa, Latin America and North America. This growth further enhances the professional executive search capabilities and resources Stanton Chase can access to assist international corporate executive search clients around the world.
“Expansion enhances our ability to deliver a high level of service, responsiveness and results to our clients,” says James Allen, International Chairman of Stanton Chase, “and this is what we continually strive for”.
The Brussels expansion adds a strong and proven team in the Benelux region led by Tom Goorman. “With our presence in Belgium and Luxemburg we close a gap in our Western European presence and can offer our clients executive search services on the highest level in one of Europe’s most important markets,” says Allen. Belgium is home for the head offices of many international corporations.
“The Lisbon office gives us new service capacity in Portugal and the Iberian Peninsula,” says Allen. “José Bancaleiro and his team in Lisbon are proven in their ability to meet the needs of this market, and are leaders in current executive search practice.” The Lisbon office will support clients in life sciences and healthcare, technology, consumer products and services, industry, financial services, retail and logistics, engineering and construction.
The
Doha office establishes Stanton Chase as the leader in executive search meeting the needs of the oil and gas industry in the Middle East. “There is great activity in this market,” says Allen, “and an ongoing need for senior executives to lead oil and gas initiatives”. Stanton Chase’s global connections in this industry provide a high level of service to this market. The Doha office led by Wassim Karkabi will also support clients in logistics and transport, consumer products and services, professional services, government and education, healthcare, science and research.
This growth is driven by the alignment of the Stanton Chase approach with client needs and expectations. Stanton Chase focuses on listening to clients, understanding their problems and challenges, and then working closely with them in partnership as an extension of their team.
