Stanton Chase Expands to Serve Clients in Four New Markets
Dallas, Texas, USA, November
14, 2006 – At its 34th Global Partners meeting
held in Sydney, Australia, Stanton Chase welcomed
four new offices to their North America and Europe,
Middle East and Africa regions. With the addition of offices
in Belgrade, Calgary, Stockholm, and San Francisco, Stanton
Chase has increased its global reach to 58 offices in 37 countries. The new offices are part of a strategic
pattern of growth as Stanton Chase International answers
escalating demand for executive search in these vibrant
markets. "We
continue to see an increasing demand for cross border
assignments from our clients," explains Steve Watson,
Chairman of Stanton Chase. "The addition of these
new offices means our global platform and entrepreneurial
approach to client service will be even greater strengths
we can leverage on behalf of our clients."
Based on
a rapidly growing economy and impressive development,
primarily in the oil and gas sector, Stanton Chase determined
that a physical presence in Calgary, Alberta, Canada
was high on its list of priorities. Stanton Chase Calgary
will focus on the energy and natural resources, industrial,
financial services, and technology sectors in this prosperous
region. "This
rapidly developing region has now grown in sophistication
and clients increasingly seek to be serviced by truly
professional and international executive search firms, such
as Stanton Chase, which can address their need for HR consulting
and attract quality professionals from around the world.
We are looking forward to finding exceptional leaders and
providing organizational solutions, acting as a true business
partner for local, regional and global corporate champions," says
Mickey Matthews, Vice President, Stanton Chase North
America.
The Northwest Americas region is attracting more
clients relying on executive search firms like Stanton
Chase, who can provide local insight and attract quality
professionals through a well-connected international
network. "With
our local and regional market knowledge, client-oriented
philosophy and dedication to high quality results, we
can serve our clients seamlessly wherever they need us in
order to identify leaders with proven multicultural experience
and cutting-edge functional skills," adds Ward Garven,
Managing Director of Stanton Chase Calgary.
The Belgrade
office brings much needed presence to the emerging Eastern
Europe Stanton Chase network. The new office opened its
doors for business in October 2005 to service existing
and prospective clients operating in Serbia. This
region is constantly faced with the challenge of a shortage
of skilled professionals. "During
the last decade, Eastern Europe has increasingly become
an important market for executive search services, and
one which is maturing rapidly," says Peter
de Jong, Regional Vice President for Stanton Chase Europe,
Middle East and Africa. “Belgrade
is an excellent addition to our expanding Eastern European
network which includes offices in Sofia, Bucharest, and
others.”
Stanton Chase is also pleased to deepen their
footprint in the Nordic region by entering the Swedish
market. "The
newly opened Stanton Chase Stockholm office reflects
the strong need for executive search services in this
important market of Northern Europe. The combination of
our boardroom experience, executive search backgrounds and
entrepreneurial style creates an exciting value proposition
for our clients,” states
Jacqueline Winberg, Managing Director of Stanton Chase
Stockholm.
Given the market turnaround in Silicon Valley
within technology, financial services and biotechnology,
Stanton Chase is please to expand and strengthen its
presence in San Francisco. “Under the leadership
of Paul Herrerias, Donna Davidson and Ted Muendel, we have
further shown our commitment to our clients to provide senior
consultative retained services to this diverse and high
growth corridor,” states
Steve Watson, International Chairman of Stanton Chase.
Stanton
Chase International is the world’s eleventh largest
retained executive recruiting firm. With its global partners,
the 350-member organization conducts local, regional and
international executive search assignments for many top
companies worldwide.
