Stanton Chase Serves Clients in 3 New Markets
Dallas, Texas, USA, June 8, 2006 – At its 33rd Global
Partners meeting held in Athens, Greece, Stanton Chase
welcomed three new offices to their Europe, Middle East
and Africa regions. With the addition of offices in Dubai,
Johannesburg and Sofia, Stanton Chase has increased its
global reach to 55 offices in 36 countries. The new offices
are part of a strategic pattern of growth as Stanton Chase
International answers growing demand for executive search
in these dynamic markets. "We continue to see an
increasing demand for cross border assignments from our
clients" explains Steve Watson, Chairman of Stanton
Chase and Managing Director of the Dallas office. "The
addition of these new offices means our global platform
and entrepreneurial approach to client service will be
even greater strengths we can leverage on behalf of our
clients."
Based on a growing economy and impressive
development, Stanton Chase made a physical presence in
Dubai a high priority. Stanton Chase Dubai will focus on
the energy and natural resources, industrial, financial
services, consumer products and services, and technology
sectors in this prosperous region. "This rapidly
developing region has now grown in sophistication and clients
increasingly seek to be serviced by truly professional
and international executive search firms, such as Stanton
Chase, which can address their need for HR consulting and
attract quality professionals from around the world. We
are looking forward to finding exceptional leaders and
providing organizational solutions, acting as a true business
partner for regional corporate champions," says Georgia
Kartsanis, Managing Director of Stanton Chase Dubai.
The
Middle East region is attracting more clients relying on
executive search firms like Stanton Chase, who can provide
local insight and attract quality professionals through
a well-connected international network. "With our
local and regional market knowledge, client-oriented philosophy
and our dedication to high quality results, we can serve
our clients seamlessly wherever they need us in order to
identify leaders with proven multicultural experience and
cutting-edge functional skills," adds George Kitromilides,
Country Manager of Stanton Chase Dubai.
The Johannesburg
office brings much needed presence on the African continent
to the Stanton Chase network. The new office opened its
doors for business in April 2006 to service existing and
prospective clients operating in South Africa, the continent’s
largest economic centers, Sub-Saharan Africa and the Indian
Ocean Islands region. All these regions are constantly
faced with the challenge of a shortage of skilled professionals. "During
the last decade, South Africa has increasingly become an
important market for executive search services, and one
which is maturing rapidly," says Gert Herold, Regional
Vice President for Stanton Chase Europe, Middle East and
Africa. "We
are proud to be able to offer our local and regional market
knowledge and insight to Stanton Chase clients through
our association with a global search firm of such high
quality and integrity," says Simpson Nondo, Managing
Director of Stanton Chase Johannesburg, who specializes
in sourcing top-level affirmative action candidates for
clients.
Stanton Chase is also pleased to enter the Sofia
market at an early stage in Bulgaria’s economic development,
in keeping with the firm’s emphasis on emerging markets. "Bulgaria,
striving to enter the European Union, has experienced macroeconomic
stability and strong growth over the last few years," adds
Gert Herold. "The newly opened Stanton Chase Sofia
office reflects the strong need for executive search services
in this important market of South Eastern Europe."
Stanton
Chase International is the world’s seventh
largest retained executive recruiting firm. With its global
partners, the 350-member organization conducts local, regional
and international executive search assignments for many
top companies worldwide.
