Handley Named Consumer Products and Services Leader for Stanton Chase North America

Santa Barbara, California, USA, November 17, 2005 – Brandt A. Handley has been named director and North American practice leader for Stanton Chase International’s Consumer Products and Services practice area.

The announcement was made at the executive recruiting firm’s recent international meeting in Santiago, Chile. Stanton Chase has 13 offices in North America and a total of 60 offices in 40 countries.

Handley who is director of the firm’s Santa Barbara office, has more than 20 years of experience in marketing and management with leading multinational companies. As practice leader, he will serve as a resource and program coordinator for Stanton Chase’s North American partners who conduct executive searches for companies in the Consumer Products and Services industries.

Handley’s background includes executive positions with The Procter & Gamble Company and Walt Disney in Europe, the Middle East , the Americas and Asia/Pacific regions. He is credited with developing start-up operations into successful multimillion-dollar businesses; recruiting top management talent; managing multiple-country sales and marketing groups; negotiating third party partnerships, strategic alliances and licensing agreements; and designing and implementing fundraising and sponsorship programs.

Since opening the Santa Barbara office earlier this year, Handley has completed searches for a broad range of companies. They include inQ, an eCommerce marketing solutions company; Demarc Security, a provider of security software solutions; Zebra Technologies, a global leader in specialty printing products; and Metzler North America, a real estate investment/management firm.

A California native, Handley ran his own business and also worked for local startup companies before joining Stanton Chase in January 2005.
