Stanton Chase International Search Firm Opens Santa Barbara Office
Santa Barbara, California, USA, September 14, 2005 - Stanton Chase International has announced the recent opening of an office in Santa Barbara to serve the Central Coast of California. As the only international recruiting firm in the area, Stanton Chase has over 60 offices in 39 countries and is the leader in the Asia/Pacific region with 20 offices. In California, the company also has offices in Los Angeles and San Francisco.

The director of the office is Brandt A. Handley, a California native with more than 20 years of experience in senior level management, marketing and sales roles with leading multinational companies. A resident of Santa Barbara for over five years, Handley ran his own business and also worked for locally based startup companies before joining the firm in January 2005.
At Stanton Chase he functions as a generalist with a specialty in consumer products and services, IT and telecommunications, and entertainment and media sectors.
Since opening the Santa Barbara office, Handley has completed several executive searches for a broad range of companies. They include inQ, an eCommerce marketing solutions company; Demarc Security, a provider of security software solutions; Metzler North America, a real estate investment/management firm; and Zebra Technologies, a global leader in specialty printing products. Stanton Chase works with both pre-public and mid-market, publicly traded companies.
According to Handley, the office expects to exceed its revenue objectives in its first year of operations.

He is credited with developing start-up operations into successful multimillion-dollar businesses; recruiting top management talent; managing multiple-country sales and marketing groups; negotiating third party partnership, strategic alliance and licensing agreements; and designing and implementing fundraising and sponsorship programs.
