21st Century Global Economy leads over 60 Stanton Chase
International Partners to India
Baltimore, Maryland, USA, December 2, 2003 - Stanton
Chase International, recently concluded it’s
28th Global Partner’s Conference in New Delhi, India.
Ted Muendel, International Chairman of Stanton Chase International, stated that
“given the worldwide significance of India in today’s
employment markets and Stanton Chase International’s recent ranking as the
#1 executive search firm in the Asia Pacific Region, it
was critical that the Partners of Stanton Chase be immersed
firsthand in this region and the Indian culture specifically.
Stanton Chase International has a great story to tell, specifically with our 4 offices
in India and 10 offices in China, and with our clients moving
operations and hiring aggressively in these countries, real-time
understanding of these markets was critical for our Partners.”
Mr. Muendel further noted that in keeping with this philosophy
and corporate strategy, they anticipate having their Partner’s
meeting next October in China.
A highlight of the Conference for the over 60 Partners
of Stanton Chase International was being addressed by Ravi Ramakrishnan, a Chartered
Accountant and global international executive. After an
early high profile career at Unilever, Mr. Ramakrishnan
is now a Senior Vice President for American Express with
accountability for processing and information delivery relating
to AMEX’s $150 Billion in transactions annually. Speaking
on topics as wide ranging as the critical leadership management
competencies required in today’s global economy, emerging
trends in financial services and India’s competitive
advantages in BPO, Ravi delivered a compelling message on
the Service Profit Chain approach to achieving business
results.
R. Suresh, Managing Director, Stanton Chase India, stated
that “having an executive of the stature of Mr. Ramakrishnan
address the Stanton Chase International Partners only confirms the vital importance
of people and leadership capital in the minds of senior
executives.” Suresh was also pleased to report that
Presidents and CEOs of Indian companies or subsidiaries
of multinational corporates, such as Dalmia Consumer Care,
Alstom, TeleTech India and Global Vantedge, took part in
the Stanton Chase International Conference.
Stanton Chase International and its Partners manage local, regional and cross-border
international campaigns to seek out the best available executive
talent for their client partners through its 56 offices
