In August , Stanton Chase International partners attended a Global Partners’ Asia/Pacific Recruitment Forum in New York City . Members of the Stanton Chase Board of Directors and ten North American offices met with some of their New York area clients and Stanton Chase’s China and India office Managing Directors to discuss human capital trends and leadership recruitment management strategies in this regions.
The expert panel included Louisa Wong-Rousseau, Managing Director of Stanton Chase China and R.Suresh, Managing Director of Stanton Chase India and Vice President of the Asia/Pacific region. Drawing on their combined three decades of executive search experience, the panellists provided invaluable, on the ground insights into particular skill areas that are in high demand, best practices with regards to managing legal and government requirements, introducing and sourcing talent solutions for incoming North American companies in addition to identifying the types of functions, value added services and operations being outsourced to China and India.
