Stanton Chase Gains Market Share in South-East Europe
After more than one year of outstanding growth in the
Romanian executive search market the Stanton Chase Bucharest
office hosted the most important internal event in the
South-East Europe Region. Romania was chosen to host the
European Partners' meeting for its impressive results at
the end of the first year of operations in the local market,
placing the company among the top three in the executive
search industry in the country.
The Stanton Chase European Partners' Meeting, held for
the first time in an East European city, pointed out South-East
Europe 's significance for both the business community
and the executive search industry. At a special reception,
45 guests from 17 countries gathered in Bucharest to celebrate
Stanton Chase's regional success and discuss the most recent
trends in the Executive Search business.
The President of Stanton Chase International, Mr. Steve
Watson led the discussions about Stanton Chase's local
achievements and strategy in the region with Mr. Gert Herold,
Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) Vice-President.
They elaborated on the global dimension of the executive
search profession in the extremely dynamic and challenging
international market.
During the internal meetings, the participants focused
on executive search in the Consumer Products & Services
and Industrial Practice Groups. They also shared relevant
information on the European and Romanian markets while
executives of major players in the FMCG and Banking sectors
presented their companies' developments, accomplishments
and future expectations in Romania. Stanton Chase EMEA
practice group leaders benefited from in-depth exchanges
specific to their industries while they planned their next
steps and strategic directions.
Members of Stanton Chase's Bucharest office also met with
members of print and broadcast media and the Romanian business
community to share plans to become the number one executive
search company by 2007 and the headquarters for the South-East
Europe Region. |
