Partners Meet in New Delhi

Over 60 Stanton Chase Partners recently gathered in New Delhi to attend their 28th Global Partner’s Conference. The purpose of the biannual meet was to familiarize Stanton Chase International search executives with India’s human capital potential in global management positions.

Ted Muendel, International Chairman of Stanton Chase International, stated that “given the worldwide significance of India in today’s employment markets and Stanton Chase International’s recent ranking as the #1 executive search firm in the Asia Pacific Region, it was critical that the Partners of Stanton Chase be immersed firsthand in this region and the Indian culture specifically.”

The meeting drew international media attention with two leading Indian financial newspapers, the Economic Times and Financial Express.

Stanton Chase International Partners, Presidents and CEOs of Indian companies or subsidiaries of multinational corporates took part in the Stanton Chase International Conference. A highlight of the Conference was a special presentation delivered by Ravi Ramakrishman, a Chartered Accountant and global international executive. He addressed the Partners on topics ranging from emerging trends in financial services and India’s competitive advantages in BPO to a compelling message on the Service Profit Chain approach to achieving business results.
