Global Growth Heats Up
Stanton Chase International introduces two new offices
Dallas, Texas, USA, May 30, 2005 - At its recent Global Partners Meeting held in Miami, Stanton Chase International partners welcomed Helsinki, Finland and Auckland, New Zealand offices to their growing global executive search network. With the addition of offices in these two key markets, Stanton Chase International has increased its global reach to 60 offices in 39 countries.
“This is an exciting time for our firm, as we see increasing demand for cross-border assignments from our clients,” explains Steve Watson, Chairman of Stanton Chase International and Managing Director of the Dallas office. “The addition of new offices in Europe and the Asia/Pacific means our global platform and entrepreneurial approach to client service will be even greater strengths we can leverage on behalf our clients.”
“ Finland 's strong trade with traditional trading partners - Sweden, the UK and Denmark - and expanding trade with emerging markets like - Estonia and Russia - give Finland a unique position in Europe. We are proud to offer this market knowledge to Stanton Chase International clients and become a part of a great company associated with quality and integrity,” says Asser Lindholm, Managing Partner of Stanton Chase Helsinki.
“The addition of New Zealand completes the Stanton Chase network in Asia /Pacific and will benefit clients in Australasia. Many New Zealand organizations operate internationally and are actively seeking to attract senior talent from offshore. At the same time, we will be able to offer local solutions to our Stanton Chase International partner offices. We are both excited and honoured to be part of this elite network of Executive Search professionals,” adds Pierre Le Noel, Managing Director of Stanton Chase Aukland.
The semi-annual meeting also provided a timely occasion for consultants from the Miami office to join with consultants from nine Latin American offices in meetings with potential multinational clients from the region. Stanton Chase International currently ranks third in Latin American search firms, and the partners sought to build on that growth with focused discussions on human capital solutions for clients seeking executive talent for their Latin American operations. The meetings are a prime example of how Stanton Chase International is able to blend local and regional insight with global reach to best serve their clients.
Other highlights from the Global Partners Meeting include presentations by Pam Conover, Senior Vice President of the Carnival Cruise Line and Peter Felix, President of the Association of Executive Search Consultants. Pam Conover explored new approaches to maximizing business opportunities with international organizations, while Peter Felix shared some of his industry knowledge and functional experience in European markets.
Established in 1990, Stanton Chase International has grown consistently to be ranked as one of the leading global executive search firms as ranked by all major industry market research firms. Stanton Chase’s expansion has been built on the foundation of solid performance, consistent delivery and quality service, with greater than 70% of their work derived from longstanding clients.
